Tessa is the best! Makes it easy, not awkward, great conversation and timely for apt starting times. I used to get waxed but now I get sugared and never looking back! I’ve been coming here for a few years & it’s worth my hour commute every single time. Highly recommend. I have also gotten a lash lift & tint before. Two ways I treat myself!!

I've been considering a lash lift & tint for years, but have a hard time justifying doing things for myself as a mama of two young kids! Today was the day I finally took the plunge, left the kiddos at home with dad and went in for an appointment. I was a bit anxious about investing in myself for the first time since having kids and trying something new, but Taylor was an absolute dream and made me feel as though I was visiting a friend from the moment I walked in.

Taylor is so incredibly gentle, thoughtful and reassuring. She was sure to ask if I had any questions about the process before we got into it, checked in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and gave frequent updates about where we were in the process so I always knew what was happening. She offered a pillow for under my knees and a blanket, which was such a sweet touch to ensure coziness during the service. These seemingly small acts of kindness & professionalism felt very mindful, inclusive and, on a deeper level, trauma informed.

As for Taylor as an individual, she's incredible! Super easy to chat with, great taste in music and media, stellar vibe. Like I said, it felt like I was just visiting a friend, which is high praise coming from somebody who is absolutely terrible at small talk with new people.

My lashes turned out absolutely gorgeous. I'm so glad I decided to go for it, but I'm even more glad I picked Sugar Sugar and happened to get scheduled with Taylor. The stars aligned and it ended up being an incredible experience. So much so, I'm taking another plunge into something new and going back in for brows with her next week.

Sugar Sugar is my new go-to for when I'm wanting to indulge in a bit of mama time and tend to myself.

I saw Aden for an eyebrow tint/ maintenance and eyelash tint I am beyond happy with my results. She really listened to what i wanted and my brows came out perfectly. It was also the only time I have gotten my eyelashes tinted without it stinging. I will definitely be back 🙂
