I have hired this company to do a radon inspection, later a radon mitigation system, and most recently a fuel oil tank removal. Each time they have been professional, kind and communicative. One time I was a little snippy with the technician because they showed up at an unexpected time, and the owner followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok, which really impressed me. I also have found their pricing to be quite reasonable, and they clean up the site well. I work with lots of tradespeople and it’s hard to find ones I can recommend without any caveats, but Xavier gets my full endorsement!

Work was done well and got the results we were looking for. Crew did leave some extra scrap pipe in the yard and we were charged a little extra for a long term test, which was not made clear when signing final paperwork. There was also a couple scheduling and timing errors when picking up the test. Overall happy to have the system installed.
