THE ROCKIES came and conquered lol Nah but seriously, very respectful crew came through and installed my solar panels this morning and I gotta admit they did very nice work. Very professional and well educated hard workers. Any questions or concerns I had they were able to answer without any hesitation. They were confident in what they were doing, I love that! Freedom Forever: My sales representative Bruce Wayne was so thorough on my first installation I had him come out and evaluate my rental property. Needless to say his diligence, patience and understanding sold me on installing a system on that property. Freedom Forever once again performed flawlessly. I really don't understand how this company is still in business. There is absolutely no customer service and they're beyond unethical. I've also recently come to find out my sales guy has some thoughts on Freedom Solar himself, yet he still sold us this junk. The true definition of sales, I suppose. I'm now going on my third month of my unit not working correctly, mind you, in the middle of Arizona summers, too. I was never alerted that my unit wasn't working, which they say an automatic alert will go out after three days. After getting a $500 APS bill, I called Freedom to let them know there was an issue. The lady I spoke to told me this was a problem with APS and my unit was working fine. It turns out, I needed to get my inverter replaced. My unit is not even two years old. So after not being alerted my unit wasn't working correctly and calling Freedom to say there's a problem, I was lied to and further delayed getting my problem fixed. I'm now almost two months in and hours of phone calls going back and forth, I finally got an appointment to get my unit replaced. I'm also on my third month of my APS bill being out of control. As I'm writing this, I'm still unsure my problem will be fixed. Do yourself a favor and just get an equalizer plan through APS and save yourself the headache and my biggest regret.

We bought a house that already had freedom solar panels installed on the home. For the first 6 months it was working great no electric bill. Then around month 7 something started messing up and the solar output started dropping. We called them and scheduled someone to come look at see what was going on. It took a month to get an appointment and when the appointment by that time our solar output had completely dropped. When it came time for the tech to come out he had an emergency and couldn’t come back till 10 days later. When he did come out he said that the meter from APS was locked so he couldn’t do anything. He said they would call APS to schedule someone to come unlock the meter and hopefully it would be fixed same day. They never called APS I had to and when I scheduled APS to come out then I called freedom forever to schedule them to come out and they didn’t call or show up. My current APS bill is over $900 and my solar panels are off ! So if you ask me solar is worth it but maybe go with a company that values its current customers and they experience.

DO NOT use this company. The product is lack luster- you’re better off going literally anywhere else. If you use them they will blow up your phone- even if you opt out they will start contacting you using different names. The latest for me was Heraclio. It doesn’t stop there- they physically come to your house unannounced, and often. And then I had a tech texting me from his cell number because I opted out in their system.
