I moved in last year in June when everything was still being built! It was great to see a new place as beautiful as Vida being completed in Morgan Hill. I was sold right away. Leah was a major part of my decision to move here. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful in showing me the different apartments available and how the garages worked. There are so many options! After being here for almost a year, it's even better! Leah is really great at the events she hosts over the months in the clubhouse. I loved the cocktail making event, it was great. Plus, Armando and the staff are awesome. Any issue that might come up, they deal with it right away and make sure you are happy. I love coming home to our special community every day!

I recently moved into VIDA Apartments, and I can’t say enough about Leah, Dominic, and Noah in the leasing office. Leah was fantastic from day one—her responsiveness to calls and emails made the application process a breeze. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making the transition feel effortless. Leah’s dedication truly sets the tone for the entire team.

Dominic was equally impressive, guiding me through the apartment, managing the paperwork, and ensuring I had everything I needed. Her thoroughness and kindness made the process incredibly smooth, and she ensured every detail was covered. Dominic’s dedication and personal touch were truly appreciated.

Noah went above and beyond by helping with package issues, mailroom keys, and parking, ensuring that every detail was handled with care. His dedication, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any issues made the move even more pleasant.

Overall, the apartment is clean and beautiful, with ample green space, a playground for kids, and a basketball court. It would be nice to have a dedicated dog park where pets can play freely off-leash. Considering how many dog owners live here, this would be a fantastic addition. Apart from that, these apartments are fantastic!

Totally professional staff! I have had the most pleasurable and welcoming experience by community leasing team member, Dominique Martin and community Manager, Leah Smith, who were very hospitable and very professional. I am very impressed! Very impressed by how huge the community is, but still so calm n serene. I've had nothing but a very positive feeling, and experience. I've recently completed my application to become a resident at the Vida at Morgan Hill Community, and I am praying that I am accepted! The property is beautiful and is also comfortably diverse. I am 65 years of age, still independently living, and I feel to be such a large community, the accommodations are equally peaceful for someone my age! I feel that if I am accepted it would be such a blessing to live in this community. I am very much looking forward to joining the Vita at Morgan Hill Community!

I’ve lived at Vida Apartments since January and couldn’t be happier. The complex is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with great amenities like the pool and gym. The location is perfect—close to everything in Morgan Hill but still peaceful. Dominique has been insanely helpful and made moving in so easy. Highly recommend!

We just moved into VIDA Morgan Hill and couldn't be happier! The entire process—from application to move-in—was smooth and straightforward, and the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The townhome is beautiful, spacious, and well-designed, and the complex itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. The amenities are a huge bonus—especially the fitness center, which is top-notch. We’re so glad we chose VIDA as our new home and look forward to being part of this great community!

It has been four weeks since I have moved into Vida. Firstly the Leah and Noah were amazing! They made the process very easy and were so friendly! Thank you!

The apartment itself is beautiful, new appliances, nice floors, vaulted ceilings on the third floor, soft close cabinets. Dishwasher and washer dryer! You can also choose to have garage parking, tandem and reserved parking. Which is amazing!

The property has many parks, basketball court, pool, a toddler pool and the amazing GYM!!! ❤️ The property is clean and maintained and well lit at night when your doggo needs to go. Plus they have night time security that drives around.

The community is quiet but very friendly. I enjoy seeing families playing in the park and dogs enjoying the green grassy field they have. Also doggy bags are all over the property!

Lastly maintenance is quick to respond to requests.

You are 5-6 minutes from downtown, close by to in n out, target, Walmart, Starbucks, soon to be chik fil a, mod pizza and gas stations! Trader Joe’s is not too far down the road.
