Upon returning from San Jose, Campbell area home to MorganHill, I was directed by the "maps app" to the 280 South. As I approached the 87/85 exit, I did not receive a prompt to veer right onto that ramp & thought I would get the promp on the next exit. Once I realized I had missed the 85 South exit, I became extremely disappointed in the "maps app". The "maps app" initially directed me to a longer route on the 101 South with heavy traffic and a mattress in the 3rd lane right of the medium just before the McLaughlin exit that I hit with my front driver's side tire at approximately 9:05pm. It was a traumatic experience, I'm extremely disappointed and anticipate a better plan for directions on the next request. S. Casas
