Love my Culligan water service! Delicious water conveniently and reliably delivered. We get the 3 gallon bottles, they’re easy to pop on the tank. Game changer at our house.

Recently we had some work done on our driveway and didn't realize it immediately that our drinking water had been turned off. So when our drinking water ran out we didn't put 2 and 2 together. So we called culligan to help us figure out why our drinking water wasn't working. They said "if there is a leak, there will be a $200 and some odd charge. We said "ok" and prayed that a leak wasn't the issue. Thankfully all culligan had to do was simply turn the water back on. Took him literal moments. All his expertise to turn a nob slightly to the left. Leak issues averted, right? Not so much. when we got our next bill guess what? $253. I was flabbergasted so we called and the best they could do besides honor their word, was give a $75 credit. So best hope you don't need a repair man to come out because no matter if there is a leak or not, you WILL be charged out the rear for it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kitzman Culligan Water Solutions, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service and products. Chris was great at explaining the options for our home and found the best solution for our needs.
The customer service at Kitzman Culligan Water Solutions is outstanding. They are a real local company, and it’s wonderful to see team members when in Morro Bay. They were incredibly responsive and always available to answer my questions.
Since installing the water softener, I've noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my water. We had never experienced a water softener before, and it is so nice to avoid the water spots in both the kitchen and bathroom.

Great products and very happy with customer service. They switch out the soft water tanks on a regular schedule. Always show up when they say. I like that we receive a notification prior to the service date. Helps us to calm our ‘anti-delivery’ dog from going crazy in the house the day of. Sometimes.

The technicians and office staff have always been helpful and responsive. Recently we had kitchen countertops installed which involved removing the reverse osmosis system and then reinstalling it. I found the process easy when the rest of the installation by the contractor was going poorly, and that was helpful. Also, we have come to appreciate soft water from the softener system which helps with using less soap and detergent and supposedly will help extend the life of our appliances. The difference in water softness has really made a difference with bathing as well by improving the effect on the skin without leaving soap residue. It just makes the experience better. Thanks again Kitzman’s.
