Got a dozen to go. They only had smallies left, but that’s what I prefer. All of them were fresh and delicious. Perfect brine flavor. The folks helping out were real kind and helpful as well. You could say they weren’t shucking around!

Great little place for oysters. We got a dozen of the small ones. They were quite big and meaty — an interesting shape as well (deep, not flat). The sauce that came with it was nice but you don’t need it as the oysters are so amazingly fresh. As a bonus, we sat at one of the outdoor tables near the shop and saw two sea otters while we were eating.

YOU NEED THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING/SPECIAL EVENT!!!

Grassy Bar Oyster Co. was literally the hit of my wedding! They live shucked oysters for my wedding this past weekend, and my guests could not stop raving about them! They were one of the most affordable vendors we booked and SO worth it 10X over! They even participated in our photo booth and got us matching shirts! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making our day so special!!!

Super fresh oysters!! Eat 'em raw, but don't douse them in red sauce. That would be a shameful burying of the flavor. The baked oysters were also excellent. Prices seem about right.
They don't sell alcohol (bring your own and turn that into a money saving plus) and there might not quite be enough shade on the deck. Still, nothing you can't overlook.

I got 3 dozen oysters, every single one was a gem. Made them at home, raw and cooked. Both ways came out incredible. Would highly recommend for fresh, high quality, hyper-local oysters straight from Morro Bay!

Best oysters in Morro. $60 for 24 oysters on the half shell. We got all medium but you can choose s/m/l or whatever variety you want. BYOB.
