I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It was immaculate. I know that it is only 2 years old but there was no signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was standard but there was plenty of everything and the staff was actively monitoring and replenishing. The check in was informative and pleasant. We were greeted warmly each and everytime we came in. Honestly for the price it would be well worth a return trip.

When we arrived we immediately noticed that the lobby was spotless. We were happily greeted at the desk by Caleb.||The room was spotless, and the bathroom was spotless. Hot water in shower comes on fast, nice selection of cable channels, comfortable bed, hvac works for both heat and ac. Hampton free breakfast “make your own waffles” was very good. Once again entire food and eating area spotless.||Easy walk from hotel to Morro Rock and all the Harbor shops. If you do not want to walk (about a mile). You can drive by getting on highway 1 south (conveniently near hotel) get off at next exit and visit downtown (make sure you see the movie theater which has been in continuous operation since 1941) as well as the harbor and Morro Rock. Make sure you go over to Morro Rock and watch all the Otters playing in the bay.||We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyed 2 nights here. We stayed on the third floor on the opposite side of the highway.|The hotel was clean, new-ish and the staff were friendly. They weren't able to offer a rollaway bed in a queen room for fire hazard purposes, even though the room seemed spacious enough. I understand they have to follow procedure though.|The wifi was not good at our room, it was difficult to connect at times and would cut in and out periodically.|The breakfast buffet was standard with some cereal choices, waffle maker, toasts and bagels, a few egg varieties, sausage and potatoes, etc. Was totally sufficient and it's always nice to have a complementary breakfast.|Would definitely stay here again.

Had an overall great experience. Property was clean and comfortable, parking wasn't much of a hassle (interesting layout...)|Seemingly new hotel - everything was just right.|The crew in the breakfast lobby was top notch, keeping everything well-stocked and fresh.|Location worked out perfectly for us...Will definitely return when we visit Morro again!

I stayed here with my family and my friends family we both have 2 year olds and they went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. From the messes our kids left, our family dinners in the dining area, to running around the hotel, the staff were so nice to let us feel at home and welcomed. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We will definitely be back to stay here!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Motel is less than two years old. Cheerful décor, good lighting in both room and bathroom. Excellent soundproofing. Friendly staff. Motel very clean and well-maintained. Nice breakfast. Breakfast room very large. Maid service every other day. One negative—no guest laundry room but I understand they are planning to add one.

Not a great location if you’re hoping to walk around Morro Bay. Most importantly, don’t let them put you in a room near the elevators, NOISY! The whole place was rather noisy, but we had the room right behind the elevators mechanical room and ALL NIGHT it was so loud. We tried to check in early and our room was not ready and they told us to come back in about a half hour or so… so we went and walked around a while and came back just before 3, which is check-in time, and attempted to check in again. We were told that the room was still not ready and that we could give it another 30 minutes or so for the room we booked or they could downgrade our reservation and get us into a room now. We decided to go ahead and downgrade the room and they put us in the room right next to the elevators mechanical room. It was so loud and we didn’t get great service. We were also told that the rate would decrease because we were downgrading the room but the price was still the same when we checked out and got our receipt. Overall, not a great experience, but it’s a fine hotel. It’s decently clean and still pretty new so everything works fine.

Booked an end room via online checkin thru Hilton app, when I arrived I could not get in. Found out they moved me to a much more nosier room in the middle of the corridor. Status means nothing with Hilton I know.
Asked 3 times for extra pillows- took 4 hours to arrive. Place was full of kids on spring break so the place was completely over-run. Did not sleep much due to the thin walls and ceiling.. Only saving grace was that it was a new building and was clean.
I would not recommend this unless you have lots of kids and don’t mind the noise.
