I've only experienced office calls with one of your technicians, Joe Sanchez. He has been here before and is always professional, qualified and friendly. It is also comfortable to always have the same technician as he is familiar with our copier. This guy is wonderful when it comes to knowing what to do and how. appreciate everything about Joe.

Elliot the field tech was responsive, knowledgeable, polite & professional. He answered all my questions plus showed me how to properly clean the copier as well as a few other tricks. You can tell he truly cares about his customers as well as the copier. Excellent customer service!

You were able to help very quickly (same day) and the tech sent out, Joe Santos was exceptionally knowledgeable, had a sense of urgency and was able to have a new cartridge sent at no cost due to a faulty one I had ordered previously. Joe was a delight and professional!

I've had nothing but a positive experience from this friendly staff.

We've been with More Office Solutions for almost 10 years. Currently have 2 small copiers leased and 2 printers. Fast repair times and any issues seem quickly resolved. We've gotten to know our tech Steve so well he seems like family. Can't really think of anything to complain about or what could be better. Our staff very much likes the upgrade!

Every time I have contact with Ray Morgan Co they are friendly & helpful. The turn around time to get someone to our office to fix a problem has always been quick. They take care of everything from start to finish of placing a new copy machine - from install and teaching to paperwork & financing. Headache free!
