I'd like to thank Nikki for her help in connecting us with the technical department at Heat & Glo regarding a question about our existing fireplace insert. Energy House had nothing to gain from us since we were not looking to buy or install, but she treated my question as urgently as if it was from one of her customers. She took my question, had me email her details, and had a response to us from the manufacturer within the same morning. Thank you Nikki!

Have used and recommended this company for several projects but they’ve deteriorated from excellent to poor. Salesman is defensive and combative and installers are inept. Definitely have recently changed their business model.

Wonderful fireplace, showroom, lots of selection of gas fireplaces. Modern looking fireplaces and electric fireplaces plus outdoor products.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this showroom to you if you're looking for a fireplace.

It is Truly Nice to have a business and have an awesome staff who are friendly and respectful. The purchase, communication, and installation of my new gas fireplace insert process was flawless. Thank you.

The Chaska Model was an easy choice to upgrade my 20yo unit. This Chaska Model comes with a remote which allows me options to use it however I like the Smart Feature where it adjusts its actions to keep my room at a single temperature.

Lastly, the Leadership Team should definitely be proud their staff does so well with their customers.

Unless you desire open ended waiting for calls after payment, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

They were so prompt with their pre-sales communication and once the sale was complete, I can't get a simple answer as to when the product will be available for pickup. For a week, they are just trying to track the product... (this is 10 days after promised delivery window). The sales guy, Frank, now says he'll call me once the product becomes available. Customer support, was going to check and call back in 10 minutes. It's been days! I have no clue when I should expect my new fireplace: days, weeks, months,...?

Very poor service desk. Do not talk with Nikki. Skip Nikki because she is not helpful unless you need to book $500 UPFRONT service call. Also, they do not honor warranties and hide by fake field notes from their technicians. Spent $8k on a fireplace that stopped working after 1.5 yrs of use. Avoid this company.

We had a great experience from Lindsay and the team at Energy House. The process went smoothly from the initial conversation to the install. We've been enjoying our fireplace for a few months now and are very happy with the work. We had one small issue with the install and they sent someone around for a quick fix within a few hours of us bringing it up.

Not responsive. Beautiful showroom. Friendly staff. But when we wanted to install $4000 worth, or more to install glass fireplace doors, "Christian Quint" would not return my calls or emails. I tried multiple times.

So if it's this hard to spend money, I'm sure that the company, and you, should know.
