I was told by an experienced realtor not to contact anyone else besides RTS Environmental Services, and I'm really glad I followed their advice!

Initially I had them evaluate a chronic water-damaged area in the basement which resulted in some mold/mildew. Another service had already given me a rather large estimate for repair and clean up. Alex thoughtfully discussed options, made recommendations, and explained why the more extensive work proposed by the other company wasn't really necessary. The work was done quickly and well, and at a much better cost, although the quality of the work was my primary concern.

As someone who used to work in the building trades, I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge, integrity, and high quality work. It's a relief to find an honest company which does such high caliber work. This is the company you need for any mold or air quality issues, I can't recommend them highly enough. AAA+++

Alex was extremely thorough and professional throughout his inspection to detect any mold at our new (older house) that we just got 3 months. I really like his promptness in responding back to me on the scheduling and timeliness at my house. Alex and Paul were amazing. They were genuinely interested in helping us identify and resolve our problem. Alex walked through and talked through our entire house, top to bottom, to help make sure our allergy problem would in fact be resolved. And they were able to address the issue much more quickly and at a rate comparable to other companies we consulted. So grateful to have come across their business!

We requested Paul to come and look at asbestos in our home and quickly realized it was a non-issue. However, it became a mold inspection as he saw many mold spots in our closet. He was very knowledgeable and walk us around the property giving tips and todo to mitigate and prevent water issue. He was very thorough and friendly.

Gems in what can sometimes be a shady industry!

RTS (a family owned business run by Paul and his son Alex), are top notch! We have used them for several water-damage related issues. Most recently, we had a significant amount of water in our basement. Alex came out to the house very quickly and spent so much time with my wife and me in an extremely stressful situation, to explain what was going on, what needed to happen, and answer all of my questions.

Alex and Paul are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. They are also extremely low key (no sales pressure here). In several instances, they identified solutions that I could undertake myself, even though they of course could have made more money by recommending work for them to perform.

They are transparent and really competitive in terms of pricing as well. I comparison shopped them with ServPro and there was no comparison.

Please give them a call if you have remediation issues; you will not be disappointed!
