Do not pull into the shipping and receiving area to check in. Park in the superior cooling parking area which is located across the street caddy corner to the address on your GPS. Plenty of room to park there. You may even be able to park there overnight but I'm not sure. Make sure you have your trailer license plate number and state when you walk back to the shipping office to check in. They will call you. Space is somewhat limited when docking. You'll have to pull in and make somewhat of a u-turn to get lined up with your dock door. Loading only took about 30 to 45 minutes for me. Restroom is down the walkway between dock number 4 and the shipping office. Just passed the restrooms to the right are vending machines. Overall not a bad place. They only got three stars for me because I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment but didn't get a door until 3:00 p.m. because they were waiting on product. I've been hauling reefers for a while now so I'm not surprised by that. I'm not too upset with it either. But it did make for a long day.

its depend how many trucks ahead of you loading time on dock about 1 hour or less but. if product is not ready you stuck here whole day

First come first serve. Working 8am to 5pm but they are open until they are loading any truck. I have a pickup and checked in at 7:30pm. So call them and tell them your Pu number and they will tell u all about your load. Nice people they have parking on the opposite side of the place.

Pickup loads from GEM-PACK BERRIES to transport to Salt Lake City, Utah. They have parking accommodations for truck on layover to pick up their loads the next day and they have clean restrooms as well. The loaders load your truck quickly to get you out and the people inside shipping are very friendly and efficient.

There are food trucks that come to the parking lot area and a Mexican restaurant just down the street from the parking area.

Superior Cool takes a long time to load. I checked in at 9:00 AM and got the dock after 6-7 hours. Their behavior is good but they take a lot of time to load. And main thing is they opens at 9:00 am in the morning
