We had Arlene come out today to fix a mini split that I attempted as a DIY project. Arlene from Shasta Heating and Air called and arrived promptly, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency throughout the service call. She welcomed me, and meticulously checked everything to ensure it was in proper working order. Arlene's expertise and exceptional customer service truly set her apart as a valuable asset to Shasta Heating and Air. Very happy with the service provided. Arlene, the service tech, was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and solved problems easily (such as all of the labels on the unit being whitewashed out from the sun). She had no issues answering questions and never let me feel as though I was being rushed. I can see why this company has a 5 star rating! They will be my first call for HVAC work moving forward!

We had just the AC part of our older system replaced and Matt and Joe did an excellent job. They were on-time, got the old one ripped out and installed the new one in just a few hours. The price was right as well. Highly recommend this HVAC company..

Excellent job! I had central heat/air installed in my older house which had only a swamp cooler and a wall heater. They designed the system from scratch, installation was quick and clean, they made sure to leave the house tidy every day when they left , Matt and the crew were awesome. Most importantly, the system works above expectations, I couldn’t be happier. All this at price far more reasonable than the other bids I received. 100% positive experience, and would 100% recommend!

Matt and Garrin removed and replaced a mini split at one of our facilities today, they are professional, thorough, clean, polite and a pleasure to do business with. This company just keeps doing amazing work.
