Based on the previous reviews, obviously there were numerous complaints in the past concerning about technicians' behaviors are consistently disrespectful!
Unfortunately, previous customers and I have experienced repeatedly disrespectful and unprofessional.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing helped me schedule an appointment today with technician James Firmalo between 10am and 11am.
However, someone called me at 9:08am trying to inform me that the technician was trying to get to the service address sooner.
When I arrived, I was able to hear in a distance that the technician James was yelling loudly at my tenant . However, my tenant wasn't aware of the service appointment and he was there just simply trying to help. At this point, I wish technician could have acted out of kindness and more patient.
After I got out of the car, I saw another person was trying to exit but James was parking in the driveway blocking the exit.
I told technician James to park his van in the back of the house, immediately his rudeness started showing toxicly.
I called the office immediately addressing the issue. After Technician James checked the leak issue, the first question he asked me is , " how will you pay?" Without explaining to me about the leak issue.
Then he said if i will pay with debit card, he will charge me extra $5 for credit card fee.
I asked if I could mail a check to the office, he said they don't accept checks as payments. So he suggested me to pay cash.
I responded to him that I need to go to bank since I don't have cash with me, then he said he will charge me a minimum of $250 to fix the leak or i could hire a handyman cause the leak is not a plumbing issue.
The tune of his voice just wasn't right plus with a bad attitude on his facial expression, i finally had enough and decided to cancel the appointment. Next, technician James walked away with another attitude again. While he was walking towards his van, he verbally abused me saying to me, " You lied to me. You were here but you said you were not here."
Once again! I had informed the office lady that it will take me about 15 minutes to get to the service address.
As soon as I was informed the technician was on the way, I rushed to meet technician James.
Moreover, before James left, he said to me, " don't call us again. "
Yes, James! You are absolutely right! I promise that I will never ever call your office again.
Hope your lifestyle will be getting better. I wish you the best indeed!

Note: after Technician James took off, I called the office again requesting to speak to the business owner. The same voice saying her name is Sarah in my voice message stated that she is the owner of the business. I recognized her voice and asked her name to verify if it's the same person coordinating this appointment. Shockingly, what she responded to me is that " You don't need to know my name."
I immediately realized about the root issue concerning about this company culture and of course, it's just NOT an one day incident that one would expect to resolve it all!

Absolutely the best! They were so responsive, knowledgeable and friendly! Called on a weekend because we bought a tankless water heater and we needed it installed. The person we spoke to was so kind, we told him the unit we bought and he just advised that we do a bit of research on the brand. He did not try to sell us something else, he was still going to come to install it, just wanted to make us aware of the reputation of that brand and he was RIGHT! After we did some research we realized that we did not make the best decision. We decided to have them come in, give us a quote and we decided to chose their unit - and at a fantastic price! Labor and unit! We shopped around quite a bit before and I was quite happy with the price Mr. Rooter gave us. Hunter was the one that came and installed the unit and he did an amazing job! Even swept after his work, left the place spotless! He took away our old unit and boxes that the new one came in so there was no clean up needed for us to do! 10/10! Can’t recommend them enough!

Good people work here, are knowledgeable and they come on time as scheduled. They specialize in regular plumbing jobs in my opinion, not plumbing remodeling jobs. Note they charge for visits; so for any and every visit expect an extra $20 or $120 charge on top of their fees.
