This company is pathetic.Try anybody but them, they don't stand behind their equipment.They don't stand behind their service.I went 30 days without internet because they'd refuse to come out here and check the wiring.But it happened to be the wiring on top of the house, but they wanted me to climb on top of the house and find out what's wrong with it.You don't want have to work for internet service and also pay them a hundred dollars a month for it

I was distraught after moving into my home and learning there was no fiber cables in my neighbor hood. Thankfully I learned about Mitrelink through my neighbor. The service is really fast. All my worries about being off the grid are gone.

Dan, the technician, was very informative. He explained to me what he was doing and answered all my questions to put me at ease.

I'm honestly surprised that the service is so good for the price.

All I had to do was buy a dual router 2.4/5ghz. He put the antenna on my roof, drilled and filled the hole and then connected it.

If you live rurally and need service, I recommend.

I have had the pleasure of using Mitrelink since 2020. I’ve been very happy with their service and the speed/prices/customer service have outshined my previous provider.
Today, after almost 3 years, they came unsolicited and upgraded my equipment for no charge. My internet is SO fast now! Technitions Dan and Miguel were fast, courteous and as always, good at explaining what they were doing and why.
They are a local company that gives back to veterans and students. I wish we had more businesses like them!
