Tara's Chance is a nonprofit dedicated to providing equine therapy to riders with special needs in Fullerton CA. We have an office building on site which is a converted shipping container. The project was completed by volunteers at very low to no cost back in 2015 prior to container codes. PSE provided structural calcs that we could use to provide permitting requirements per the City. They were great to work with and very knowledgeable about shipping containers.

We've specialized in shipping containers for almost 20 years, but we don't do work in earthquake prone areas such as Alaska, California, and Hawaii. When a potential customer contacts us, the only firm we trust to do the work properly is PSE Consulting.

I have used Precision Engineering for almost 10 years now. We have projects all over the country and I especially like the fact that they are licensed in so many different states and even countries. They are a cost effective and time efficient choice.

UPDATED REVIEW. After speaking with PSE I was told that the "complete retainer (bill) must be paid up front, in full if job is under $3000" statement is in the contract I signed. And yes it is on page 3. However I signed the contract based on conversations I had with PSE employees, and was told I was to pay a deposit on (retainer) and then pay balance before getting final product. When I reminded PSE employee about the comments made, I was told that verbal comments are not the same as a contract. No they are not. So we decided not to do business, I found some other company in 30 minutes that does work on a deposit first and then balance before prints are provided policy. Yes I'm sorry we couldn't do business either. However I'm just used to verbal comments being the same as what's in the contract I sign. But appearently not this time. I'm sure PSE is not at all affected by losing one small client like me. Good luck to them as well. I'm not trying to say everyone gets treated this way by PSE. I'm just saying that was my experience, and wrote a review based only on my experience.
