Ever since you have closed all but the one site. It has been a horrible visit each time I go each time getting worse as it goes if that is even possible. No order no same rules every time. And the service is the worst I have ever experienced. The people keep getting ruder and more disrespectful each time. It's like they are having a contest to see who can be the most disrespectful to a customer. With out getting knocked out. It seems they want you to get mad and leave. It is so bad I am going to be trying another site even if I have to drive the extra distance. Now I will have to say the 3 that was working Tuesday April 22. The girl in cashing tickets was very friendly. (Never seen her before) And the guy with longer hair in a pony tail who is there a lot. Was having one of his better days. But the younger kid guy heavy set. Was just rude to everyone. And disrespectful even customers like my self was doing what he asked us to do. Still very rude and like disrespectful to his elders and to female customers he had no boundaries when it came to his attitude. I hope this falls on ears that will at least read and hopefully be a little understanding. And not just right it off as the are doing there job and I'm just another bitching customer. Because I'm not I am genuinely upset with how bad it got after all the closing. And how each visit gets worse. Cause it seems they know we don't have any other choice. With only one site available. Or maybe it's there over worked and/or overwhelmed. With only the one site available. Either way I truly hope to at least see a little improvement. And not a steady decline. -5 STARS IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW TO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY MATERIAL WEIGHT THE SCALE IS NOT VISIBLE SO WE CANT PROOVE YOU STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC. YOU DONT HAVE GARBAGE CANS TO THROW TRASH SO AT THE END OF THE DAY WHERE DOES ALL THE SCRAP MATERIAL GO THAT U DIDN'T BUY FROM CUSTOMERS U KEEP IT & SELL IT BUT DONT BUY IT.. I MADE CALLS SENT EMAILS THESE CROOKS WILL BE GETTING INVESTIGATED & HOPEFULLY PROSECUTED FROM A STING OPERATION THATS UNDERWAY..

TL:DR - Consider a phone call before you go.

For a small group, operating out of a tiny building, they do an incredible amount of work and service tons of happy customers... Unless, they are closed.

They close for lunch around noon. They close for exceptional bad weather. Some locations are better than others, this is probably the best.

They do not take any scrap, only CRV recycle. If you take them a lump of aluminum, you will be disappointed.

Fix your hours in Google. You close at 2pm now for some reason and you never updated it. I got here fully expecting to see you open until 4:30 like it says online for your business.

I’ve tried going to this location twice in the past week. The first time I didn’t call before I went and when I got there they were closed due to high temperature (which is understandable. What I don’t understand is why they have locations on Google that don’t exist such as the location that suppose to be in a parking lot off of lake blvd that doesn’t exist. And, when you call them no one answers and the voicemail is full. The guys at the Hartnell location can be rude sometimes and they’re not very organized. I’ll be contacting the city in regards to their business practices. How do you run a business with non-existent locations and never answer the phone?

If you mouth breathers had your shit ready to go it would be a lot more streamlined. Same thing at the grocery. Pull your cart over before you stare at the whatever like you've never seen it before.
