I do enjoy the service they offer - very friendly and hospitable staff and the price point isn't bad. Joel and Brittany at the front desk were more than helpful and happy when welcoming us.

I do wish the hard product was more modern to match the service. The room feels like it was built pre-2000's and was last updated 10 years ago. Don't get me wrong, I was offered a clean room but it could really use another refresh.

Amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and filling with some grab-n-go options and fresh fruit. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean. The fitness center is compact but fits most needs.

Megan is my front desk hero! Had to check in late due to travel restrictions on our part, and she made things happen when we were in a tough spot. Thanks to the whole staff, and an extra special thanks to Megan! We'll be back just because of her.

We visited Redding, CA a couple of times recently and have decided to make this hotel our go to place to stay. It is just a few miles from Turtle Bay. The facility is clean, well maintained and 5he staff is friendly and helpful. The room, free breakfast and prices met our expectations.

Fantastic stop as we headed south. Clean rooms, nice staff, and breakfast (free) was great. They had plant based sausage and a kale frittata. It was nice to have vegetarian options on top of the great breakfast items(nice toppings for the yogurt). 5 ⭐️

Stayed here for one night on the way to Palm Springs,.it's a bit out of town but right off the Interstate. We got upgraded to a garden tub room thanks to my wife's Platinum status which was very much appreciated. It was a regular sized room but had an oversized tub with wooden shutters opening up to the bed area plus a seperate shower. The tub was an odd shape and just a touch small to comfortably fit two adults and didn't have jets which a bit disappointing. Other than that the room was nice enough although starting to show its age.||Breakfast was decent for a free one with cantaloupe and grapes, biscuits and gravy plus prepackaged frittatas. Best of all, the coffee was decent. The staff were very friendly as well.||Overall it was a decent stay although quite expensive for what you get.

Marriotts are my go-to. This one needed a housekeeping adjustment. The bathroom needed more attention 😎..... The bed was comfortable, and the rest of the room was fine.

This was a great Fairfield Inn. The room
Was really comfortable and the staff was very, very nice and helpful. Definitely a great place for Christmas! A little far from the heart of Redding, but otherwise a great place to stay.

Front desk staff very welcoming. Free breakfast had good options and opens early. Room was fine for what we paid. Didn’t try out pool and as we were just passing through. Clean and well kept property. Definitely try the deli next door!||Thank you for a quick but pleasant stay! We’ll be back.
