Charges extra fees to pay the bill with a bank card, waits 3 weeks to deposit checks from bank billpay. Constantly overcharges then take several months to credit the account. My brother in law worked here, and the stories he could tell you about the woman who works behind the counter would make your blood boil.

Hateful and heartless people!!! These people absolutely refuse to work with you regardless of the situation! My best advise to anyone that may end up having to deal with this so called water company is dig your own well!

Wish I could leave 0 stars but thats not an option. Cut our water off with no warning what so ever during this covid19 pandemic! UNBELIEVABLE! Even alabama power and century link are working with people and not shutting their services off at this time! This should not be allowed to happen during this pandemic especially since water is essential and you have to have it!

Had a water leak. Bill was $300! They wouldn't adjust it for me or my landlord! They were very rude, and hung up in my face. More than once.
