My father owns a dock with over 10 shrimp boats that regularly unload and park their vessels in Bayou La Batre, I can't speak highly enough about Bay Water Well. Our 10,000 square foot home's pump went out and we needed a reliable water system installed quickly. Gave them a call and his team was on-site the very next day. They arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and completed the entire installation with remarkable professionalism.

Even more was when our shrimp boat operation started expanding. We suddenly needed significantly more water capacity to support our growing fleet. Edwin understood our commercial needs, and his team came on-site, drilled and installed an additional well pumps that have performed flawlessly even during our busiest processing days.

Excellent well service. They kept the old pump running for 14 years. Well past it's life expectancy. When it finally failed they came out and had it swapped in 20 minutes.

Our well pump went out overnight Friday. We texted Ed at Bay Waterwell at 7:30 am Saturday, he replied at 8:15, Devon called at 9:15, and the well was fixed by 9:45am. They could have easily replaced the well pump and stuck us with a $1300 bill and we would have never known it was just a capacitor at $150. Unbelievable response and service. Good honest people. My water pump stopped working after a shut down. I called and the owner answered immediately and sent 2 technicians out to my house promptly. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. Edwin took care of my father's well for many years and now installed a larger submersible one for us. The last time I called with a possible problem he arrived within 2 hours When our only source of water is the well it is comforting to know Edwin is ready to keep it going..

8/21/2023 - Update - After seven years and far more stop-starts that the average user (cattle tank, drip irrigation and garden) the pump failed. Ed (owner) returned my call within an hour and he personally arrived within 2 hours. The issue was in the pump and it had to be replaced. He figured out a way to keep us with water all weekend while the pump was obtained. His guys arrived on time Monday and replaced it quickly. Momma was never unhappy so we are all happy.
