We rented two bikes for the afternoon! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They helped us choose a bike route that was close by so we didn’t have to load up our bikes. The views were stunning and we had a fun time! It was our first mountain bike experience and it was fun ! The bikes were awesome! We will definitely be back to rent from them again when we visit! Thanks for a fun adventure with the hubby!

Great bike rental shop near our air BNB. We rented two Trek bikes for our excursions and they were perfect. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. Even if you already have your bikes, stop by and say hi. There's also a bagel truck outside that operates on weekends. 😋

Thunder mountain has excellent deals, customer service, and great taste in components/bikes. I most recently purchased a demo fleet bike from them which arrived in california 2 days from my order date and have nothing but good things to say.

Their deals on components and bikes had me wondering if it was a scam website initially but I have been a repeat customer since 2020 and they have delivered excellent customer service/response time, extremely fast shipping, and great attention to detail. Upon receiving my bike it included a comprehensive service sheet signed off by their staff before it shipped as well as very careful packaging to secure and protect the contents more than sufficiently.

I would absolutely recommend this shop to anybody based on my experience and I hope they stick around for the long run.

We had a great experience renting bikes from Thunder Mountain Bikes! Making online reservations was extremely easy, pickup and return was even easier. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave us great trail recommendations! The bikes were well maintained and oiled and we had a blast riding for a few days!

These guys saved my trip to Sedona for mountain biking on my birthday. I left my bike lock keys at home!!! And I had a bolt and nut missing on my
New stumpy 15 works build!!!! They hooked me
Up! Cut my bike locks off, took some parts off of for sale items in the shop to get me bolted up, and made recommendations on bike locks that actually worked. Naturally I had to buy things from them… and they have a great selection of all the goods including deity and more!!! James was amazing! Thank you 🙏🏼 🙏🏼💯🫡😬!!

Rented a Bike, for the money you pay, bikes need more love in the workshop. Grips where worn and sticky. Rear tire worn. Transmision was not well adjusted and a terrible sound in the headset or fork crown.

Honestly, hands down they provided me amazing service, pricing was 10/10. I’m out in Sedona for the thanksgiving holiday weekend only (from SoCal), I had to take my bike in last minute for service after a wheel issue, rim tape came off, started leaking sealant and my stem valve was defective, all that happened this very same morning. They replaced the rim tape, fixed the valve and true the wheel. Bike was ready a few hours later, they came through so quickly. I was back in the trails by 3pm. They saved my 3 day weekend 🙌🏼 🔥. Thank you so much guys! Thank you Angel who helped me out in the morning. Now I know my go-to when I’m back in Sedona the next time if I have issues. 👏🏼
