Hi, I am the daughter of Karen Reddick. We had a generator put on our house. Chris Morgan from APO energy solutions corporation.Communication with Chris was great , installation and putting in the gas line from Ace plumbing with Paul was also exceptional work. Chris has answered his phone and called us back in a timely manner when we have had questions about the generator. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very professional.

I want to thank both Chris and Keith from APO Energy Solution. The engine on my generator needed to be replaced when the piston went through the side of the engine block. I reached out to Chris on a Saturday afternoon, and Keith showed up two days later on Monday morning to assess the generator. There on site Keith immediately started the paperwork to send to Generac for a replacement engine. Keith then followed up with Generac via email confirming they received his request. Even though my particular engine was out of stock and needed to be ordered, both Chris and Keith kept me updated on the shipping status and when the engine was going to arrive at the shop. Within a couple of days of receiving the replacement engine, Keith and others had it installed and the generator working again. I highly recommend this company due to their politeness and professionalism. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

APO recently installed a Generac generator for us. Their workmanship is top quality. Chris handled all the permits and other paperwork with Generac. He even did the initial break in on the generator at his shop so it was ready to go when they install it. His price is extremely fair. We are very pleased and strongly recommend APO.

Talked to Chris as a rep for GENERAC. Sent images via text, after phone call. Shared difficulty I'd experienced with another factory authorized rep. I had permit in hand, and 24kw generator on site, next to propane tank and the gas line in place. Was promised communication after he finished the tasks of that day. Must be nice to be so busy as to not keep your promises. Oh well, got the work done.

Put in our SolarEdge panels and system over 5 years ago and just love not having a shocking bill every month. We started with a competitor and then told him we wanted solaredge system - the brain is in your garage not individuality on the hot roof. Many friends with the other system has gone down. He took a fit and had to fire him! Found APO and the got the product we investigated up and running smoothly. We are so happy with the quality and follow-up and would highly recommend them.

UPDATE:Coming from New Orleans, Generac was the only generator I would consider as a reliable workhorse. Seeing that APO installed a neighbors generator on the roof and installed our solar, we decided they were the only ones to get through the red tape in Bullhead. They got passed the "rules" so they could put it on our side of the house. Then it had to work smoothly with our extensive solar panels. It looked like a party of inspectors at our house, seeing how it was done right.
That was two days before the storm hit. The lights blinked off then back on as I heard a hum. It was 4 days without electric for others and we had whole house electric at over 110 degrees.
Now every Thursday, we hear a hum as the Generac does a 10 min.maintenance run and we are reminded we were very lucky!

I just cannot say enough about these folks. I live in Laughlin and am trying to get my Generator completed. Titan Solar is screwing around and I have been waiting for 2 years to get this generator up and running. I called APO for help. They are not licensed in Nevada but offered me all kinds of information and help over the phone. What a company with so much passion and concern for their community. I can not thank them enough.

I've dealt with Chris from APO and would highly recommend them. Great service from a truely exceptional compan.
Update, have been on Solar from APO two months now. No electric bill and am building a credit with the electric company. Would I do it again? You bet, thanks APO and Chris ?
