AES has been my solar supplier since 2011. It started with my desire for a solar roof over my home's south facing balcony. I had talked with many solar companies about my ideas but none had the knowledge to construct this structure. Then I met Paul. He said the project was interesting and that I should meet Brian.

Brian knew construction, not just solar. He guided the construction of my solar support structure, an almost seamless extension of my house. Subsequently, AES has provided two major expansions, adding additional panels on the West and East facing roofs and 32 KWh of battery storage. I cannot imagine turning to another solar company.

Brian Gibson, AES president, first installed solar on my Phoenix house in 2015. Then my daughter's house , then her friends house, then my church, then the Andre House in Phoenix, and it continues. Brian is my goto solar installer in every case. His honesty and straight forward handling of the complications that arise has made him the person i seek when considering new projects. He and his company in every case has gone beyond the expected to make the installations easy and a pleasant experience. And, he is right there when something fails or you want an upgrade (doesn't happen often, but it happens). I only wish he would get licensed in New Mexico to help my neighbors there.

The team is meticulous - the wires are nicely organized and zip tied, everything is labeled. Brian also helped us repair a section of our roof as part of the process at cost.

Replaced a failed inverter today and returned the system to operation. It took a few weeks to get the inverter, but AES had it installed within 24 hours. Good technician.

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!!

I expressed SEVERAL TIMES that I DID NOT WANT a hard inquiry against my credit until I made a decision on the solar provider. Every time I expressed this, Robert Pierson told me that the credit inquiries were soft hits against credit until the work was commissioned. LIAR!! The pre-qual credit application was a hard hit against my credit.

Taking my business elsewhere.....
