We recently had a mini-split Heat Pump/Air Conditioner installed at our summer home in Lakeside. Samson and Edwin did a very good job of installing the Mitsubishi system. Both installers were highly professional and courteous during their time at our home. It took the team about five hours to complete the installation. Before the team returned to their office, Samson provided a system demonstration and explained everything we would need to know to properly operate the system. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of their work. The installers did not cut any corners and ensured that we were satisfied with the installation and the quality of the mini-split system.

We contacted Rim Country, they provided a detailed estimate. We agreed to the estimate. Installed the heat portion of the system, operates as expected. They held off on AC portion per our request, will install shortly.

The workers were polite, courteous and responsive to all our requests.

My furnace would not run, due to a frozen condensate tank and clogged line. I was pleased that they came the next day and did a temporary fix to get my heat operational. The bill was very reasonable.

Replacing our old furnace with a new one was quite easy for me. From Jason developing our proposal, to Joe and Scott installing it (not easy in the attic with small access through a closet ceiling), to Dominic making an evening call to assure everything was working and to set up the new smart thermostat, and to Laura making sure that everything ran smoothly from the proposal, the install date and equipment, and getting me an electronic paid invoice needed for applying for a rebate everything seemed seamless. Each person was friendly, helpful, professional, and represented Rim Country Mechanical extremely well. Thanks to all of you!
