We purchased a Harman p43 from them. Love the stove.
Tech had to come out because our stove had an issue. Real problem ended up being with our chimney that had nothing to do with the stove. Our service tech Jake was a rockstar and helped us more like a friend than a customer. Answered all our questions and was patient, kind, not rushed and went above and beyond what I felt he would do. They have a tech in the hospital and yet Jake never rushed us at all. I’m 110% impressed and look forward to him coming in the summer to inspect each year.
Wanted to say a few things after reading their reviews. I too own a service business in the area. Many of the negative comments about this company are from people that make a habit of complaining about tons of small businesses on the mountain. It’s unfair that they write reviews for businesses that are negative when they are the problem. Nobody wants to say that openly but it’s true. If you have lived here for any amount of time you get to know who complains and is never happy. Instead of them dropping the subject they try to ruin the businesses reputation.
Alls we did was buy a stove. And our tech was as kind as they come helping us to make sure we had heat. Being kind hearted in a small town, having a positive attitude really makes a service pro want to work for you. A tip doesn’t hurt either. We live in a world some people think complaining, yelling, arguing help your case. We live in the White Mtns. We are trying to care for our families. We see one another at the stores. Trying to damage a reputation over nonesense is unkind. I’m not saying someone would mistreat a customer that was nasty but kindness goes further. I paid a little more shopping wizards and glad I did. Shop Local. Locals care, but treat service providers how you want to be treated.

I had Wizards Hearth and Home Show Low come out to sweep my chimney and fix the rope on my fireplace doors. After the first time they came out I couldn't shut my fireplace doors because the rope was not installed correctly. They came back out but now I can not open my fireplace doors. They will be coming back out again this Friday but the owner said she has pictures and videos and it was done right. (She is in Flagstaff) I have pictures and videos as well. The owner also said if there is another problem there is nothing more they can do. I just want the job done that I asked them to do correct, I'm not asking for anything more. I would not recommend them. ----------JUST GOT A VOICEMAIL FROM THE OWNER SAYING DUE TO THIS REVIEW, THEY WILL NOT BE COMING OUT FRIDAY TO HELP FIX WHAT THEY BROKE.(I JUST ASKED FOR THE ROPE TO BE REPLACED ON THE DOOR AND NOW CAN NOT OPEN THE DOORS) I SEE IN HER COMMENT BELOW NOW SHE IS ALSO NOW ACCUSING ME OF TAMPERING WITH IT TO MAKE THEM LOOK BAD AS WELL. WHY, I JUST WANT IT FIXED? READ BELOW -THE OWNERS COMMENTS 👇 THOSE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS BAD QUALITY OF SERVICE....SAD. IF I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO POST THE VOICEMAIL I WILL. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM PAYING TO HAVE THEIR FIREPLACE BROKEN.

UPDATED: It really doesnt matter whether your policy has been a 2 hr window if you tell the customer something different. As far as it being a mobile home or manufactured home, it is neither, thats what pisses me off. It was built here and your employee was told that. I'm not stupid, I don't need to call you so you can spew the same rhetoric as you employee. You apparently didnt read my review. Your explanation makes no sense in that you think my system is out of code so you wont clean it to keep me safer! That makes sense, so now im also at risk of a chimney fire on top of (being out of code) sounds like liberal logic to me.

I was told 2 o'clock was my appointment. Then I was told between 2-4. I have a life and a schedule. I understand giving people a window. If that's what it's going to be tell me upfront, so I can plan accordingly. I live in a site built on piers and kept being told that my stove is out of compliance because I live in a mobile home...HUGE difference. Then they informed me that I'm out of code. We'll what code? Because it wasn't built yesterday it was built when code were different. They informed me that they wouldn't be able to come back unless I corrected everything. So let me see if I understand. I have code issues and you won't be back to clean...leaving my chimney at a greater risk for fire because you won't clean it. Sounds like great logic (sarcasm) it boils down to the fact that they are legalistic and can't think outside of the box. We'll thats fine. I will never use them again. At the rate their going and with crappy attitude they will be out of business.

Wizard Hearth and Home just installed an Excusion III propane insert into a preexisting fireplace located in Pinetop AZ. Their installers were professioal and competent. I definitely recommend Wizard for your fireplace or stove needs.

It’s been 4 years now having a Mt Vernon pellet stove. It’s a worth while $ saving investment plus cozy heat. I order 2-3 pallets of pellets / delivered from Lowe’s .
Have it cleaned by wizards fantastic employees who are knowledgeable/ experienced and helpful.

We had an old QuadraFire pellet stove and it was serviced by one business we became disenchanted with and one handyman who we thought would work out but failed to show up on scheduled appointments. It has been our experience that work seems to be an option to some here in Pinetop. We eventually visited Wizard's Hearth and Home in Show Low and what a remarkable difference. It was in our best interest to purchase a new QuadraFire pellet stove from them and this business was outstanding to deal with from the purchase to the installation. The Office staff is courteous as was their installers. The installation was a clean one and the men efficiently cleaned up everything after the installation. Doing business with this company was a pleasure and one we would highly recommend to anyone. They are the BEST!!!!

Had a blower motor go out on my pellet stove. I did the diagnostic and called them up and asked for price and availability of the blower. Polite and professional from start to finish even though they were short staffed due to sicknesses. Part was ordered and called to schedule the service was the part came in. Technicians were also polite and professional. Quality service.

I am updating a three year old post!! I have our pellet stove serviced by Wizard's Hearth and Home every year!! Always a great job!! This year I want to say Trubee did an amazing job in servicing our stove!! He was courteous and very thorough and answered all my questions!! Thank you again Wizard's for the great job y'all do and the great product y'all sell!!
