This company is the best! I know the owners personally and they have such huge hearts! Recently, I traveled to Mesa, Arizona to handle the affairs of a deceased family member, including their home. This family member had passed away inside the home and was discovered during a wellness check at a later date. Since then, the home had remained untouched until I entered it. Immediately, I realized the need for professional assistance to clean up biohazard material.

In my distress, I reached out to BioteamAZ and was immediately comforted by their caring attitude and reassuring voice. My anxiety quickly diminished as they discussed their services and availability with me. Given that I only had five days left in town to prepare the home for sale, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to come that afternoon for an assessment and complete the job the next day. Later that day, one of their team leaders arrived, and I noticed that they also had a compassionate tone and approach in our conversation.

Later that day one of the owners called me to give me an update on the assessment and pricing. I was impressed with her expertise and care. It was easy to see where the rest of the staff I had interacted with got their example of care, compassion, and professionalism.

The job was completed the following day. The team leader reached out to discuss the details of their work. Additionally, the owner provided comprehensive documents and photos of the completed tasks. They removed affected personal property for biohazard disposal, utilized a HEPA air scrubber, cleaned and disinfected salvageable personal items and flooring, eradicated insects, and conducted an overnight ozone treatment. This made a significant difference, allowing me to finalize preparations for selling the house.

Taking care of a loved one's home and belongings can be an emotionally challenging and physically demanding task. BioTeamAZ literally saved my Entire Holiday! I sent a desperate Email to Bioteam at about 11:45 pm on Sunday night 12/22/2024. My partner stepped out of bed , lost his balance, and fell. Either the shock of it all or something far worse, caused him to loose control of his bowels. He’s a big man, 350pds with many medical diagnoses. Including insulin dependent Diabetes , congestive heart failure ( CHF) and COPD Coronary Obstructive Pulmonary Disease to name a few.

He was taken via Ambulance to our local Hospital and I was left with a ginormous, horrific , and embarrassing , odiferous mess .. just two days before Christmas with absolutely no way to attempt to clean this up. I knew no ordinary clean up crew would , a) respond and b) is not equipped to handle biomedical waste. I frantically googled .. thoughts racing , what was I going to do ?

I cannot relay my sigh of relief when my finger landed on BioTeamAZ ! They were close by! Maybe they could help. .. but gosh it was almost midnight on the dawn of Christmas Eve Eve ! There was a section to send an email ! I quickly filled my e-mail in and in a wavering voice trying to explain what happened. Whoosh. Off it went. It did not take me long, 1 million thoughts going through my mind. What if they didn’t get the message until tomorrow morning, What if their schedule was already full?, What was I going to do with this disaster happening in my home,this odiferous mess ?

I debated. Should I wait ? Should I call? I called. To my utter surprise a bright and cheery voice answered! Hesitating, she gently interrupted, you must be ( my name) I was just reading your email she said! I let out a sigh of relief! Yes. You’ve got that right I don’t know what to do! Can you help me?-

I soon learned that I was speaking to the owner of the company, Kristy, She could not have been more kind recognizing my Embarrassment and angst over the situation. She calmly explained What them procedures that are normally followed for this type of situation. While they had a case, first thing early in the morning, over an hour, away from here, They would come to me right away before the next job.. I nearly Dropped my phone with relief.. It was arranged, they would come bright and early Monday morning!

I quickly said my prayers and gratefully thanked her . How could I possibly be so lucky to find someone willing to come two days before Christmas!?

Monday morning arrives . Christy and her husband Matt were at my Home 10 minutes early! Such relief washed over me! I invited them in, and they explained everything to me. After taking a look at the room where the accident occurred, I casually happen to mention that I was looking for a courier or some type of service to take my partners clothes to him, because I myself had recently had lifesaving intestinal surgery and was not able to drive. To my utter amazement Christy volunteered to take my partner his clothing and his walker !?!?! What absolutely KIND , professional and friendly people!

They spent a good amount of time taking immaculate care of the room, doing everything necessary, to code, making sure not one spec of any bacteria or odor remained in his room or in my home!

Not only that , at my query , they were able to provide me with Information for several different businesses whose business it is to provide carpeting and flooring work! I cannot recommend BioTeamAZ enough! Christy and Matt did an absolutely spectacular job.

I cannot tell anything happened walking in my front door , or walking around throughout my entire house! They cleaned up so well , I could not tell they had removal equipment and fans in my home.

I cannot recommend Kristy and Matt at BioTeamAZ enough. I wish I could rate them 20 Stars out of 5 Stars . They were just that good.
