I had my Wyyerd installed on Monday and the entire process went smoothly! The technician Isaac was right on time , super respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He asked for permission before placing any of the devices around the house and gave advice on best places to get the best coverage for my home usage. The process took less time than I expected due to his efficiency and he even helped me download the app and set up the WiFi connection before he left. Moving is such a pain , but when you have a easy and helpful processes like this , it makes a big difference! Go Wyyerd for your great service and technicians!

Outstanding from any other installment I’ve ever had. Brad was the most kind, and friendly technician I’ve honestly ever met. He knew his business for the job and he knew how to make my 4 year old son feel included while being safe. So many smiles and giggles between them, while Brad connected and explained security features that no one has ever mentioned before with numerous other large companies over the years. The best install ever, and I really enjoyed the experience. Seems kinda odd to say I enjoyed the install, but his friendly, patient, and playful tactics were enjoyed by all at my home.
Thanks Wyyred for keeping people who perform well, but perhaps Wyyred should be thanking you Brad for providing outstanding customer service.

I’m impressed! This doesn’t happen much nowadays but Wyyerd Fiber has completely delivered on their promises. Signed up for service after talking to Kyle for about an hour. A week later, I’m switched from COX to Wyyerd. The guy that trenched and ran the cable from the sidewalk to the house did a great job replacing all the granite when he finished. The Technician ,Tim, walked me through the whole process. Explained what my options were. Described what he was going to do and where everything was going to be installed. Tim made it a nice, clean looking install and was done pretty quickly. The switchover was seamless and smooth. I had also spoken to the office a couple times to verify the installation and they were knowledgeable and very helpful. Great job Wyyerd.

I love this company. Their phone receptionist has been always been so cheerful and helpful. The service has been amazing over the last 3 years. The price has been the same since we signed up and their vacation plan is very fair. Their billing is so simple to understand, unlike their competitors. The internet has never failed us. We are Totally Happy!! I'm so glad we changed.

Tim is awesome folk and he came to our house before time to install internet equipment. He throughly explained to us. His work quality is above and beyond standard. I would recommend my friend to switch to wyyerd internet.

Not sure whats going on with this company. I have had issues with my internet dropping and just about every time when I called they say there is some inconsistencies with my connection and they mention about getting a technician but have never really scheduled anybody to come out. Yesterday I made sure I had appointment. They asked if I wanted 8am or 130 for today. I said 8. I waited all morning for someone to arrive no one ever came. I called to check the status and was told that I had no appointment scheduled. Starting to become very disappointed in their service. May just need to start looking for another company.

Nathan was the first point of contact letting us know they’re in the area and gave me a detailed and informative explanation of who they are and very much convinced me to switch internet provider. I did not get the gentleman’s name that did the installation but also very well knowledgeable and in less than an hour our home was set up. Much cleaner install equipment wise than Cox.
