My second review about Customer Service & Communication:

Despite her exceptional skills as an instructor, Autumn's inconsistency and lack of professionalism have made my experience frustrating. She frequently cancels classes, often with less than an hour's notice especially if there is only one person signed up. Personal and family obligations often interfere with her sessions, making her schedule unpredictable. Unfortunately, she does not offer refunds, even when she cancels last-minute.
Over the past years, I have experienced multiple instances where she abruptly changed pricing mid-session. For example, I purchased an unlimited session package for $199.00 only for her to increase the price after just two classes. It creates an environment where clients feel uncertain about what might change next.
The most disappointing experience was when my husband and I booked private sessions with her. She canceled our first session with less than an hour's notice, despite knowing we had arranged our schedules and hired a babysitter. When she rescheduled, she canceled again only 45 minutes before the session. This happened during the week of February 17, when there was no school, and we had to pay for babysitting again. Her lack of reliability and consideration left a bad taste in our mouths, and we decided not to continue with private sessions.
I have repeatedly and respectfully requested a refund for the private sessions, as I no longer want to deal with the constant schedule changes. However, she continues to cite her no-refund policy, despite the fact that her policies do not account for last-minute cancellations on her end. While she strictly enforces rules for her clients, she does not hold herself accountable for the disruptions she causes.
Autumn is undeniably the best Pilates instructor in Yuba City, but unfortunately, she lacks strong business ethics. Her talent is overshadowed by her inconsistency, inflexibility, and unwillingness to take responsibility for the financial and scheduling inconveniences she imposes on clients.

I have been attending Pilates, Barre, & other combo classes with Autumn since Aug 2023 (on & off) and I can’t recommend her enough! Her studio has a warm, welcoming vibe, and her passion for fitness is inspiring. Her classes are challenging yet accessible, offering a great mix of cardio and toning. What truly sets her apart is her genuine connection with clients; she remembers names and goals, creating a family-like community. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered. If you’re looking for an amazing fitness experience, definitely try her classes.

I really enjoy attending classes at Give Me Harmony. Ive been attending classes for a few months and am very pleased with my experience thus far. There is such a variety of classes to choose from. I personally like the Pilates and barre classes. I get in a good workout, sweat, and feel overall great afterwards. The instructors are all so kind and bring a good energy to the class. The owner is very responsive and has created not just a beautiful space to workout in but also has made it a safe and welcoming environment for all attending. 🙂

I’ve been attending pole and Pilates classes with Autumn. Both classes have been fun and challenging. Autumn is a great instructor. As a plus size woman, it can be very nerve wracking to go into exercise spaces for the fear of being judged. Autumn has done a great job at helping me feel comfortable while I try to work on my fitness goals. She pushes me to keep going but not to far. Autumn provides modifications if an exercise is too hard or not hard enough. I’ve never had a class with Cajsha but I’ve had a few interactions with her and she’s always been positive and encouraging. I’m sure her instruction is just as great as Autumns. The space is very clean. They have an awesome variety of classes to take. I can’t recommend this place enough ☺️

Cajsha is an amazing instructor and she always brings the best vibes to every class. I look forward to my sessions because she really motivates and pushes me. I promise you will not regret taking a reformer pilates class. It is definitely worth the money! I have been going for a month now and I am already seeing results.

Autumn and the environment she created is a safe space for all women AND men to come and feel empowered but in mind body and spirit. Her work out are challenging but she is so supportive and doing it right along with you.

If I had all the time in the world this would be high on my list of places to be! I would sign up for every membership, class, message therapy, and social events they have!

10/10 recommend taking a Pilates class here! I love the small groups and the one on one time you get to spend with the instructors! These ladies treat you like family and make you feel really comfortable! So worth the money and the progress is definitely noticed!!

Give Me Harmony has built such a wonderful community here in Yuba City! I met Autumn when she was teaching barre classes at the racket club, so I was thrilled when she opened up her own studio! I also do personal training with Autumn and she has helped me gain strength, improve my posture, and overall health. Autumn always encouraged me and helped me overcome my physical limitations throughout my fitness journey. All the instructors here are wonderful! Each instructor has something unique to offer in each class that you can't find anywhere else. I love coming here, and look forward to all their classes...especially barre! Please give them a try - you'll be so happy you did!!!
