My experience with this place is a 1 star. Clean facility but the washers are horrible. No matter how much soap ,fabric softener and fabric sheets you use your clothes don't smell clean. Today I did a Drop-Off service for the 1st time. Provided my soap, fabric softener and 4 large fabric sheets. Paid $18 for 1 load of jeans. Brought my clothes back and it doesn't even smell nothing like my dryer sheets. I don't even think they used them. Also provided enough soap and fabric softener in glass containers, both were empty when I picked up. I figured if I let the employees wash and do my laundry my clothes would come out smelling cleaner, but I was wrong.
My washer at home died on us and we have no choice but to wash at the laundromat. It's my 3rd trip here but it will be my last. When I do wash my own clothes here it's the same issue. My clothes never smell clean. Especially when I add the laundry beads in 1st then my clothes and the soap and fabric softener. The very large dryers are about the only awesome thing in this place. Hope this comment helps for new customers.

Absolutely the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been. They have rules, staff that are on duty, and great machines. Last load is at 8:30pm. Close at 10pm. Bring cash, machines themselves don’t take credit cards. Bring a mask. At this time, N95 or (2) blue masks are required.

Water is hot some days. Dryers ( 50cent to start) are decent. Bathroom was clean. Last load is 8:00pm.

I've been washing here since we moved back in March 2023 the washing machine. The washing machines are good if and when they are working. There are a lot of machines that are out of order. Their dryers are not very hot even if its set at the highest temp , it took $6 to dry one load of clothe. I can't wait to get my washing machine hooked up at home so I don't have to utilize this facility any longer. Just another highway robbery being done to the elders of our navajo nation.

The washing machines I've seen out of order have been like that since i first did my laundry 6 weeks ago... the dryers are down as well. The laundry attended from yesterday 05/15 was RUDE AND MEAN... she needs customer service skills.

This is one of the cleanest laundry mats I have ever been to. The driers are super hot and dry your clothes fast.
