Soffit Replacement.

I needed some soffit repair work done to my home. I called 4 to 5 different companies on 6/08/22. I even sent photos requested by a couple of them but to no avail. One the companies I reached out to was "Efficient Home Repair". I spoke with Delgar and explained what I needed. To my surprise, he even made time the same day to come to my home and did an assessment. The entire front of our home, 62 ft worth of soffit, needed to be done. Delgar sent us a fair market quote the following morning to do replacement of soffit on front of our home, a fascia board repair including repainting of all soffit replaced to which my wife and I gladly accepted. . Delgar told me the work would be done in 2 days starting Thursday, 6/16/22. He and his team arrived on time before 10am ready to work. Greeted me with a smile and they got right to it. Job was completed on time and the finished work is excellent!! Check the photos..

METAL ROOF INSTALLER
I was referred to Efficient Home Repair (owner Delgar Jean Baptiste) by the business that supplied the materials for the metal roof on my 16'x16' pergola. Delgar is exactly what you're looking for in a contractor. He quoted me a fair price, he did the work he said he would do, and he did it well and in the time frame he promised. I highly recommend him for metal roof installation. He also does gutter work and screen repair.
