BEWARE!! In December, I agreed on a tile job with Plan B'Renovation. Two months later, I am still waiting on him to complete the job. Stupid me, has paid him 4500/5000 because he kept telling me he needed money to pay for his assistant so he can finish the job. Over the last month, he has continously given me excuses as to why he can’t finish the job. Sadly, I have a ton of hollow tiles that need to be changed, tiles missing, and tiles that he cut too short that will also need to be replaced.

I hired @duviel Diaz a few years back he did a great job and that’s why I decided to use him for this job. Unfortunately, I should have thought that through. If you decide to use his services make sure you get the job done before you pay. If not you may end up like me having to hire someone to fix and finish the job.

The guy is a compulsive liar and lazy . He got paid half to remodel my bathroom . No shows no calls no text late every time he actually would work and never a full day then no show again . Finally fired him and found out he can’t do tile it had to be taken down he uses cheap material and doesn’t have a clue what he’s actually doing. Terrible excuse for a human being . Slime ball

Just wanted to thank Duvy of Prestige Innovation FL for the AWESOME job he did on my bathroom remodel.
He was very professional and affordable.
I especially liked that he paid attention to detail. He took his time to make sure everything came out perfect. Especially the tile work.
My pet peeve is uneven tile on the floor and walls or that the grout lines are not lined up.
He was able to keep the tile even so I don’t rip a toe nail when I walk on the floor...lol. I hate when that happens. When some so called tile installers rush through a job just to finish quickly , get paid and go to the next job and don’t care how the tile work comes out (uneven/not aligned) and then have the gall to call themselves professionals.
Not Duvy...he works at a good pace but takes his time to ensure that the work he does is first class and up to the client’s standards. A true PROFESSIONAL!!!
Everything I wanted to do in my bathroom he was able to accomplish. My girl and I are extremely satisfied with our new bathroom.

Avoid at all cost for bathroom renovation work!
This is my 1st negative review I have ever posted which shows the frustration and disappointment.

Here is why:
-Stopped showing up for work,
-Wrong and incomplete work,
-Water stains in our ceilings below the bathroom
-Cut corners & tried to hide it
-Quite the job half way through because we called him out on his work and unprofessionalism & lack of communication.

Just moved to the area from South Carolina. Was quoted a good price by Duvy and paid cash to have our master bathroom renovated. We were told that the project would be completed in 1 week and it would be done by him personally, which was one of many lies which we were told. It has been 2.5 weeks before we were presented with a job cancellation form because we were questioning his whereabouts and timeline.

Now we are left with trash around the side of our house and more damage than upgrades. We also didn't have our key returned because he has “been busy with another job.”

I have had two contractors come look to “finish the job” and they said that the initial job has been very poorly done.

I do not recommend this company. Mr. Duvy Diaz did not complete the work that he started. We hired him to renovate a bathroom. He came the first day, made the demolition of the bathroom, left the demolished material in our living room and never came back. We gave him an initial payment of $1,000.00 which he has not given us the remaining back. We called him constantly over 2 weeks and he did not respond. When he finally did respond, he said he was coming the next day to finish the work and remove the demolished material from our living room but never came. He disappeared. This is a very irresponsibly company that did not return to finish the work it said it would do or to give us the money back. So, now we have a washroom that we cannot use and we are short the money we gave him to do a work he never completed. DO NOT hire him to do anything, you’ll regret it. Also, He offer you a supposedly good offer price, and then say it was a mistake that now it will be more expensive.

No recomiendo esta compañía. El señor Duvy Diaz no completó el trabajo que empezó. Lo contratamos para la remodelación de un baño. Fue el primer día, demolió la pared, dejo la basura y no volvió más. También le entregamos $1,000.00 dólares de los cuales no ha devuelto el restante. Lo estuvimos llamando constantemente por 2 semanas, de las cuales respondía muy pocas veces y siempre decía que iba al siguiente día a terminar el trabajo y llevarse el material que demolió y dejó en el medio de la casa, pero nunca volvió. Se desapareció. Esta es una compañía irresponsable que se quedó con parte del dinero y sin completar el trabajo que dijo iba a hacer. Así que tenemos un baño que no podemos usar y estamos sin el dinero que le adelantamos por el trabajo que nunca completo. NO CONTRATEN esta compañía para hacer nada, se arrepentirían.Tambien, Esta ofreciendo un supuesto especial de buen precio de 1,800. y luego dice que fue un error, se queda con tu dinero y dice que es mas caro el trabajo.
