Had issues with my batteries on my 19 2500 Ram today. Pulled them, band brought them to the Show Lo location. Was told that they do not carry my battery any more but took care of me with Duracell units instead. The owner and her son both helped me, must say it most definitely was a pleased to deal with them. They have a customer for life and I would also highly recommend them to anyone else up here on the mountain

The lady that owns the place and fixes the phones mostly, is super awesome! Fixed my screen in less than an hour and it works perfectly. I dropped it and the screen quit. I brought it into her and she fixed it for me super fast and was super honest. Great service there. I highly recommend for phone repairs!

Had the BEST experience with a iphone 11 screen replacement. My phone insurance was going to leave me without a phone for 5 business days, the lovely lady working literally repaired my phone screen and placed tempered glass in less than 15 minutes. It took starbucks longer to get my coffee than her repairing my phone. In total I paid approximately $130.00 for the screen replacement and screen protector. I should have tipped her I was so pleased with the customer service and efficient care. Will be referring anyone and everyone here to Batteries Plus in Show Low. Very impressed highly recommend.

I'm so disappointed with these people. They miss led us into buying batteries that weren't even something we could use for our solar system and then when the batteries failed refused to take them back unless we purchase more expensive batteries. Now we out more money and because they don't warranty their batteries have a battery that's no good. I'll be taking any future business somewhere else. I was really hopeful that they were actually going to give us good batteries that we could use but I was wrong. The staff at Batteries did a great job on fixing my iPhone screen. The most important thing to me was they were honest. The screen was broken but the camera was also not working. They told me I might have to replace both. After replacing the screen, which only took about 30 minute, they informed me the camera was fine. They could have, very easily, charged me for both. They have my business.
