The team exceeded my expectations for repairs to my bathroom due to water damage! From the initial estimate consult, handling insurance company, (in house secretary was so helpful everytime I called) down to the expedited process. The mitigation team & repair guys were very efficient & puntcual. The team was very detailed in prep and cleanup procedures. The always cleaned up after themselves. They created a walk space for my family to get to kitchen. Being down a bathroom in a household of 7 isn’t fun. But they did the best they could to accommodate our situation. I got updated throughout the process with any information or changes. My bathroom looks better than ever. You will not regret using Kustom!

The Contents team are the best there is when it comes to handling your belongings with the same care you give them. The crew will make sure your personal belongings are well taken care of. They don’t communicate on their services and they pass the buck. They charged me $1k for a generic tarp and sand bags, which I paid in full. This product should be able to withstand the weather and it didn’t. Now I have a mess all over my backyard. I have emailed and left messages to my point of contact and haven’t heard back in over a week. If you want your roof fixed and want attentive service, don’t use them!

My home carport roof and supporting structures were SEVERLY damaged in a recent storm and were in danger of collapse. After I spent several days calling roofers, general contractors, a structural engineer, and a different disaster restoration company, Kustom Disaster Restoration was the only one who would help me with emergency repairs in a timely fashion.

I called after 6 PM on Wednesday and they were at my house installing support posts early the following morning. Jesus, Jose, Ruben, and Mario were very courteous and professional, and had the 4 support posts installed in just a couple of hours. I called the company several times after installation with additional follow-up questions, and Dan answered EVERY time with courtesy and patience.

I cannot express how relieved I am now that my roof is stable, while I wait for the insurance inspector to eventually show up.

They deserve all 5 of their stars in my book!
