100% reccomedation. They were the only team willing to accommodate an elevation certificate requested by Pima County Flood to close on our new home. I asked for a miracle as all other companies i inquired were 3 weeks out. They responded to my frantic call and accommodated that week to include edits within an hour. They graciously worked together with Pima County Flood to make it happen. I was approved and received keys within 3 days from my first initial call to them. They have 2 amazing people on there team. Confronted with an extremely complex problem of resolving easements, abandoned properties, and structures that were built before 1900 on private land later to be mapped as public by Pima County - the situation demanded a unique, highly professional ,and tremendously accurate surveying company. Darling Geomatics met that challenge and more!
As an architect for 40 plus years, I have worked with numerous surveying companies but I can honestly state that none have exceeded the skills that Darling Geomatics demonstrate and that without them working above and beyond, in particular the perseverance and professionalism of Richard Darling, this situation would never have been resolved.
