Buyer beware,
unsatisfactory cost savings and customer service. We've been with SunPower for 6 years now and our electric bills skyrockets every summer more and more each year. The customer service fails to respond when requesting a performance review report or showing up to date monthly data for those months in question. The app has finally become somewhat useful as of this year by finally displaying a daily or monthly data graph showing KW production, which has failed to do the previous years.
Save yourself from stress and time spent babysitting their equipment to make sure its fully functional. I've gone through a hassle with them at least three times already since I've been with them and it's taking months to resolve one issue. There's still a current ongoing issue I've been dealing with them for the past 6 months. You are way better off with your local electric company and doing a monthly budget billing; which I much rather prefer now that I got myself into this mess. The local electric company may also provide you a better option for solar panels, cost savings and customer service.

Very very very pleased to have SunPower by Nova install my system. I heard of a lot of bad things about solar not producing enough power to fully offset my electric bills. After research I saw that SunPower is the absolute best and proven for over 35 years to produce as promised and after 3 months I still don’t have an electric bill! Thank you SunPower!

I was getting solar panels but than I had a problem happen and told them to cancel the service but an employee named Mike said I can't cancel it and was very disrespectful I have never had this bad of experience with any employee I am just upset about them not letting me cancel now even if they give me them for free I would say no.
