Had my solar panels reinstalled after I had my roof replaced. Very appreciative of the work that was done; roof clamps were upgraded from the hook style that were installed 18 years ago. Looking forward to another 18 years of perfect performance.

NOTICE: This review is on hold by the author pending further research. It appears that I have incorrectly accused the company of using PVC 90s instead of long sweeps. They did use long sweeps. They also claim that their dispute with Heliocol is not as I described it. I am researching it further. They are discussing with me possible options to redo my system so that it works more effectively. I will update the review with pictures if we arrive at a solution. For now, the review reflects the company's average rating to avoid negatively impacting them during this period.

Prior company [Heliocol] designed and installed a great system one year ago. Solar actuator valve failed after one year! Sunsplash came out to replace it, charging 380 + labor+service call [so 550] for a part that lists retail at 130. I couldn't get them to budge. Good service, lousy rip-off pricing for parts that shouldn't have failed in the first place. I should have gone with a more reputable company. Solar coils still under warranty but critical parts not? Not acceptable.

-for install visit they showed up 2 hrs late
-for first remedial visit they showed up an hour late and didn't fix
-for second remedial visit they showed up on time, however Bruno was of no help and just made my feelings towards the company worse
-for the third remedial visit Noe showed up on time, problem still not fixed.

Do not go through their sales guy Rusty. He just makes the sale and didn't even visit the property which they believe was the root of the system not working initially. Do not allow Josh on your property. I could go into details but all in all he will just be a waste of your time. Bruno is probably the most pointless piece of the puzzle. I was so infuriated by the time he was finished I wasn't sure if I wanted to punch him or jump off a building. And he is a Manager!?! I believe Noe is the guy they send to fix all their problems. And at the end of the day he seemed to have made it better, but still not how it's designed to be. I am over having them out.

I just wanted to take a moment to provide some positive feedback regarding a service call that SunSplan Solar's technician (Noe, I believe) completed at our home today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain what he did in detail and rectified a number of issues that I was not even aware of.
