This company has a great business model. I am going to be getting solar power for my home in Tampa, FL with only a $199 monthly fee. My commitment is only 3 years and I have no obligations other than my rental agreement with Terra Energy Solar. Paul Wilcox was my representative. He really explained the business model well and how their company could help me above other solar companies without a long term agreement. I was able to sign up with the company in about 45 minutes total. They were able to pull up a google map of my property and give me a realistic model of where the solar panels would be installed.
I would highly recommend working with this company for your solar needs now and in the future.

I had been researching a solar energy system for about a year and they all wanted between $45k-$60k for their “Best Deal on the Planet ” system. Frustrated with the exorbitant cost of going solar, I gave up. Then about a month later, while perusing through Facebook I saw the advertisement for Terra Energy. After reading about their offering, of course I thought it was too good to be true, but I scheduled a FaceTime appointment with Jason anyway — ready for the same-old-story sales pitch. After a few minutes of giving him a hard time with my sarcasm, I was sold on Terra Energy. The company’s philosophy is a “Game Changer” for the Florida solar market! The contract is clearly written so that even a caveman could understand it (no offense to cavemen). The customer is only responsible for the monthly payment (less than $5 per panel) and the FPL connection charge of $25 per month. Nothing else! I’m not an easy person to satisfy, but the company’s personnel went out of their way to make me happy. ALL of the equipment is warrantied by Terra Energy as long as you lease the system and you only have to sign a 3-year commitment, thereafter you can continue service until the Sun goes dormant. This truly is a “Win-Win” situation and it makes solar energy affordable to everyone. If I sound like a salesman for Terra Energy, I am not, but I will be telling everyone within earshot how wonderful they are and how happy I am to be their customer. Thank you to Jason, Liz, Jeremy and all the people at Terra Energy.

Emily and her team have been great from helping with HOA approval, permitting and inspections all was very smooth as they handled it all. They have been very informative throughout the entire process and efficient. They have done 5 houses in my neighborhood & I look forward to saving money on my utilities! BE VERY CAREFUL.
I got jerked around by Terra Energy for nearly a month.
I was told that my issue should be resolved pretty quickly, easily and to my satisfaction. It was not resolved quickly, easily or to my satisfaction. In fact I got ghosted in the process. Try calling their phone number and see if anyone answers!!!

When a company is listed under various different names on the internet that makes me very nervous. Same address, but company name shows up as Terra Solar some places, Terra Energy others, Terra Energy Solar in yet another. I ask myself why?

I know their pitch is that you can cancel in 3 years.
How many LEAKS do you think you are going to have when they remove all those screws/nails when they uninstall?
How do you think your roof is going to LOOK once they have plugged all those holes where the nails/screws penetrated your roof.
How do you think the HOME INSPECTOR REPORT is going to look like when he sees all those plugs on your roof?
How happy do you think the BUYERS going to be when they read the home inspection report when you want to SELL YOUR HOME

FUNNY THING
l left some negative reviews on another platform and suddenly my ability to see Terra Energy posts on that platform magically disappeared. Implication, my reviews were almost definitely removed then too. So much for holding companies accountable for their actions on that platform.
Assumption Terra Solar asked that platform to remove the reviews. Poor form Terra Energy if that is the case. Let the people see the negative reviews also.

As for calling multiple times in one day it was mostly to your general phone number. I could not believe that when I pressed 2 for sales the line just died. I thought something must be wrong so I dialed multiple times to make sure I was not doing something wrong. If ever there was one line the company wanted to prioritize it was that one. Thank you for supporting the point I made earlier about trying to reach someone in your organization. I also wanted to reach out to the people I had been in contact with one last chance to respond before reaching out to you. Please don’t make out like it happened about. That just would not be accurate.

As for calling your office again rest assured that will not happen. When I said good bye in my last email I meant it. I did not even respond to a text received from your sales manager after I had said good bye to you.

With regards to seeking employment, I had enquirer about being an independent contractor, because I thought you had an interesting concept. That is before I realized that there was no way I could work for your company. Per my direct communication with you I had proposed adding your subscription service to what I was already doing in the solar field.

I do hope this clears up any confusion.

I have been dealing with the company since Aug 2023. They have been very helpful and responsive to all inquiries. The process of getting HOA approval, permitting and inspections was very smooth as they handled it all. The panels are installed and have been active since January of 2024 and all my bills have been for the FPL minimum to date. They have been very informative throughout the entire process and efficient. They have done 5 houses who are right across to each other and all have had similar experiences. Would definitely recommend.
