Environmental Pest Control is the best! I found a black widow at my home, and Jim came out right away to help protect my home and family, and give me peace of mind. He was so friendly, professional, kind, efficient, and timely. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. Had an amazing experience with this company! Both Jim, the owner, and Connor, the technician provided exceptional customer service. They responded quickly and showed up same day to do an inspection for me when I thought there were mice in my attic. Connor came out today to help rid my home of wasp nests in our eaves. I truly cannot recommend Environmental Pest Control enough!!! Jim fielded my phone call on Memorial Day and got us set up with an appointment for the next day! Jim and his crew are the absolute best! I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They took care of my spider problem in my new home efficiently and quickly. They listened to my concerns, responded quickly, scheduled a treatment within a few days, and confirmed the appointment too. I called Jim up, and he was so knowledgable and friendly as I was sharing my fly problem. We were able to schedule the following day for Connor to come to my place and address my dead squirrel in my dryer vent issue and eradicate my carcass flies. He was extremely kind, professional, and worked quickly. He answered my many questions too. The price was super fair. Also, Jim called me up right after to confirm I was pleased with the service. I recommend them so much! Will definitely use again if I have another pest problem.
