I used Bio-Tech Consulting on a major environmental testing project for our commercial property in Winter Park. Joe Galletti, in particular, did a stellar job. The detail, the valuable info he provided, along with his reports and presentation were extremely helpful. We spent several months working together and he was responsive, provided us with timely turn-around, and often went above and beyond to get us the answers we needed. Highly recommend!

I called several times to Bio-Tech Consulting to get some basic feasibility study questions answered. I was told to leave messages for the manager. I left several messages and I got no response. I called 9/8/2020 approximately 3:20 p.m. in the process of expressing my frustration to the lady who answered the phone she was very defensive and rude and hang the phone on me. Who does that? I would never recommend a company who employee do not know their place. Some job security she has. I called back to put her in her place, but she never answered.

We have found them to be highly knowledgeable and professional, and they always look after their client's best interest. When we're in need of assistance with wetland, endangered species, and aquatic permitting issues for our clients, we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Spent over a year working on a wetlands mitigation approval for a small residential property. Would send multiple emails requesting updates and follow-ups and go months not hearing anything. Was told my application was under review in August and again in September only to find out it was only submitted in December and not even under review yet because more steps were needed.

Driver of their company vehicle insists on following too closely even when traveling 6 mph over the speed limit. Literally had to pull off to the side of the road and let him by. Unacceptable
