Buildings and parking could be labeled better, but the atmosphere of this mixed-use campus is great, especially with the beauty (and shade!) of the sailing-ship-mast art piece crowning the primary intersection.

Great place to hold a business event. The decorations are awesome, and the lighting over the front reception area is really unique. Someone knew how to hang light fixtures.

I was disappointed when the Coyotes rink did not go here but this has proven to be a much better option for Scottsdale. The facilities are ideal for meetings and for attracting businesses to Arizona and setting up shop here.

We host multiple business meetings every month in the conference rooms for between 50 and 200 people. They do need to have a stronger signal for guest WiFi
