I was referred to this company when dealing with a challenging mold scenario in a rental apartment. I was moving out within a few weeks but thought I might need a mold test to help determine whether keeping belongings that had been exposed to mold spores might transfer the issue to my new home. I do not recall the name of the representative I spoke with but he was kind and knowledgable and his actions were entirely in accordance with the name of this company – "Integrity". He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me hearing my story. And in the end he indicated that it was unnecessary in my particular circumstance to schedule the mold test. I was reassured that it was safe to keep my belongings as I moved into my new home without bringing the mold issue with me. This gave me confidence and relief through the remainder of my move and saved me the cost of an unnecessary test. It's now been 3 months since my move and I can confirm he was correct. This exchange during a very challenging time was a shining bright spot that I have much gratitude for. Thank you.

Great company, our technician Seth had a wealth of knowledge and didn’t push any additional testing on us that he didn’t think would benefit us. He helped us figure out a further course of action and gave us referrals for other trusted companies to look into restoration after we received our results. We were in a bind and needed to get an air test quickly after some remediation, so we would not have to reschedule contractors yet again. Integrity Environmental was able to test our home and not only get results on the spot but really take the time to explain what the results met. When we had our initial testing, we had to wait to get the tests sent away and then just got a written report. Integrity was able to get to our house quickly (we had a time crunch), explain things thoroughly and give us a written report right away. They also helped with practical solutions. I can not say enough good things about this company and would use them again. Good Response Time, Thorough Explanation and practical help. I recommend them 100%
