I know there are a lot of choices in this field, but to me there is only one. Randy did a fantastic job of troubleshooting my issue. Narrowed down the exact cause, he emphasized it’s not what but why the failure happened and resolved it very quickly. Fast, reliable, affordable, fair, worked with my schedule. Top of the stack! Are you kidding.? I used Blue Sky to fix my system initially, they spent 3 hours looking and guessing. Charged me $149, and didn't fix it. Then presented me with a $900 quote for something that may or may not fix it.
Randy from Elevate came out within 1 hour, found the problem in 20 minutes, and corrected it. Honest, intelligent, and trustworthy. I am ashamed I used anyone else. Just goes to show what experience can bring. THANK YOU!!!!

This was a simple service call, no parts were necessary. I was quoted one price for for the service and invoiced another price. When I question the bill I was not given a satisfactory answer or outcome. Randy did fix the problem and gave me a small discount.

My husband Ken and I are very pleased with Randy. He is courteous, professional, reliable. He answered all our questions. He worked continuously until the job was completed. The job was done at a reasonable price. He replaced our old ac unit with a newer one. He made sure everything was working probably before he left. We would highly recommend him for any heating / air conditioning work you need done. He was neat and clean, he didn’t leave a mess when he left. We will call him when we need anything else done that involves heating and cooling.
