I used Jenkins Environmental Services for moisture intrusion and other major jobs while managing a student property in San Marcos, and I couldn't recommend them more. They were quick to respond and incredibly thorough in their work. Their process is designed to help you complete the job efficiently while ensuring you have everything needed for insurance claims and documentation.

They took pictures every step of the way and provided regular updates to me and my team, which we could then convey to our ownership. During one of our projects, we also involved the city, and Jenkins made sure to keep them in the loop as well. I had the pleasure of working with both Jordan and Ines, who were fantastic. I really enjoyed working with Steve Castle. He is professional, respectful, courteous, and a very great communicator. He made the whole restoration process as easy as possible for me considering the amount of damage and time it took. Without him, I don't think I could have lived through it. I wish everyone takes their work as serious and treat people as kind as he does. i really appreciate his time and commitment!
