This company has the WORST customer service! I called for the “24/7 emergency response” because our 2 year old BOSCHE A/C (still under a 10 year warranty) started leaking onto our ceiling. After multiple attempts to talk with a representative, I finally got in touch with someone after the call center said “they don’t service your area.” They said they would have a technician call when he was on the way. Nobody ever called or showed up. I have 2 children under 5 that are having to sleep in a house with fans on because this company failed to provide a service they advertise. Do NOT use this company! A waste of $11k

Ive been a loyal customer for 11 years. Their install and service is top notch. Technicians professional and prompt. Excellent customer service. Great advantage program incentives. Prices a little high in current economy, but you pay for professional services. Overall amazing experiences and will continue to utilize their services!

Hoyt was best service person I have had. Very knowledgeable and went beyond explaining an issue I had. He is first class and he is the reason I will use Aireserv again. I hope they pay him to retain him as a service technician. I am not sure he is replaceable!

Austin came out on Sunday morning and assessed the damage and had me a quote
Before leaving the my house. Got it approved from my insurance and they were here Wednesday to get the job started. Markeith, George and Thomas worked hard and did a great job replacing all of our ductwork and were very nice and professional. Thank you guys for everything!

Markeith, George and Thomas came out today and installed a mini split system in our great room. They made sure it was done correctly from the very beginning. They worked non-stop for 9 hours without even breaking for lunch. They vacuumed the area to ensure it was left clean before they departed. They made sure we were totally satisfied and are excellent examples of hard working employees that believe in ensuring the customer is satisfied totally! I can't say enough good things about them!

After a lightning strike hit our AC unit, we immediately called Air Serve. The process for them to get us a new unit was seamless, efficient, and fair! Steve, the Operations manager came to us on a Saturday morning; Austin, our Sales rep met with us the following Monday and presented several options based on our needs; and Julian, the General manager followed up to make sure we were receiving all the information needed. For our installation, Dylan and Thomas were professional, friendly, and efficient. They walked me through answers to my questions and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Air Serve at all levels! Well done Air Serve! Thank you for meeting our needs!

My first experience with Aire Serv was truly awesome. Hoyt Long pro service expert came out and he was very professional, kind, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and very experienced. He was so impressive I immediately became a member that first day, because of his good advice. He thoroughly inspected my Air Conditioning System and diagnosed the problem. He then explained the problem to me and told me what was needed to rectify the problem. He even tried to find other means of fixing the the problem that would be financially better for me, trying to help me out. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to everybody that I know and will always request Hoyt for any service needed. Hoyt Long did an excellent job and he has an extraordinaryly wonderful personality

I recently had a new furnace installed by Aire Serv of Birmingham (Trussville), and I’m very pleased with the experience. Austin provided the initial quote and did a great job explaining the options and answering all of my questions. George and Markeith handled the installation and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk me through what they were doing, which I appreciated. Their attention to detail and workmanship was top-notch. Overall, I had a great experience with Aire Serv and would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
