I counted at least 5 cameras in this laundromat but no sign with a phone number. Does one have to vandalize to get noticed on camera, so that I can get my money back? Idk if all washers there does this, but if you put 50 cent extra for hot water, you'll continue to get cold water. It happened to me at this location and at the Batesville location *near burger king*. My low ratings are b/c of the machine taking my money and not having a contact number. But I guarantee if they look at their footage and see someone pissing on their floor or trying to break their vending machine, the customers would finally lay eyes on the owners. Other than that, this location is clean. I did have to clean out my washer prior to using it, due to strands of hair and crumbs. But other than that the place is clean.

I was here last night using the 3rd washer from the bathroom which is 9.50 and I put $8 in it when it decides to say Error and jump back up to 9.50 conveniently, there’s an out of order sign on it today but there’s no way to contact the owner and no paper or pencil to write down complaints.

The owner is super nice. It's clean Everytime I have ever went. The washers and dryers all work really well and it takes no time to get your laundry washed and dryed

No hot or warm water in any of the machines I used. I chose hot on all but all the water in the tub was ice cold.

The place was pleasantly clean and well maintained. There were a few machines out of order but plenty more nice running machines to choose from.

Was decent. But floors was dirty. Several dryers out of order. Several seats had the backs broken off. Rest room was a dirty mess. But it is the only laundry mat in Newport.

I wish I could give it less stars. Absolutely disgusting all the time, standing water on the floor, and my clothes always smell like mildew after coming here. Do not recommend

I'm super happy to find a place I can back my semi truck into to get my laundry done. Lot's of washers & dryers too.
