We needed help with a tire with severe internal broken belts traveling to Branson from Georgia. The team unfortunately didn’t have replacements but we’re great in putting on our spare donut tire to help us continue on our trip. Very thankful for their help !!

Pretty disappointed to be honest. It’s a small town so a good shop is crucial. I did some suspension and brake work to my 01 Camry and wanted it aligned and tires put on it. They had the car for four hours before they call to tell me they won’t “touch it.” Wouldn’t mount my tires, check my brakes or do an alignment on it. I read recent google reviews where the same work is being done for others but mine they won’t work on. Frustrating being turned away like that but it’s okay I’ll give them 2 stars! Although I’m frustrated the ladies at the front are always nice and helpful. Good shop just wouldn’t help me ‍♂️

I cannot more highly recommend Quick Lane. This shop sets the standard for service. On a Saturday, my wife was traveling out of town when the drive belt failed and caused the power steering pump to quit. We had it towed to Quick Lane. She got a rental car and drove home. I called Monday morning. They promptly got the car in, assessed, and by the time we drove a couple hours to the shop, it was ready to go around 11am. Alvin was super. He explained everything and was very personal and helpful. Customer Service rep, Kyla, was amazing- friendly, professional, knowledgable, and worked efficiently and with a very positive attitude.

I had all 4 brakes replaced. Quick Lane was, well, quick!!! Price was very reasonable and they did a full inspection of my vehicle. Well definitely be back

I came here for a vehicle inspection for Lyft. They gladly did it for FREE!! I couldn't believe it, as where in Washinton state they charged me $25 for a simple vehicle inspection. There was no wait time. They promptly helped me with smiles and kindness. The lobby was very clean. Comfortable chairs.

Not sure what to think. Went to have oil changed and they said I needed rear brake pads. OK. While waiting they recited same to another customer on phone. Said my front ones were getting low. Told them I was driving to CA. Said I should be fine just have them checked at next oil change. Now I'm stuck in CA with no breaks.
