Took them four months to do lead abatement on our house. It took them two months to put up a ten foot wall around the house and put up danger signs. They caused a leak in my house. They broke picture frames in my house and cleaned up the glass and didn’t mention it. They removed a bannister and railing from my third floor hallway. Two weeks later I discovered it and said it was dangerous. They replaced the but the railing had loose screws and was very wobbly. They consistently left my back gate open. I had a scary encounter in my back yard with an intruder in the middle of the night. I have many more examples. Grace builders hired them as subcontractors and are not going to complain about them.

I don't recommend this company's services at all. They left large portions of lead paint uncovered on ceilings and walls by poorly coating it. But yet they coated over antique door handles, hinges, and window locks. We asked them to remove the coating over those items and they did a very poor job. They coated windows very poorly by leaving the lead paint still exposed and sealed the windows shut with the coatings. We asked them to fix that so the windows could still opened and they tore up the wood on the windows to do so. Don't waste your money, time, or health on this company!!
