These people went out of their way to help us when we ran out of propane. They have the best prices AND the best service! We would have been out for almost a week, but they made a special trip to help us. We had called some other propane companies and were definitely treated differently. This company is outstanding! We switched from Titan and so glad we did! They’re so nice on the phone and prices are great. Had to get another tank installed for a generator and had absolutely no issues with anything.

This company obviously does not care about their customers. I put in a request for propane over a month ago and still haven't received propane. They come to my town every Friday and said they have stopped by my house every time and no one was home. Which is a lie. My gf is home every Friday because she is off every Friday. They say leave a number for them to call if there are any problems. I have not received a single phone call. I've called almost every week for the past month trying to figure out why my house keeps getting skipped. They asked me to leave the payment under the propane tank. I did that before going to work at 7a.m. and when I got off work still no propane. I called and they told me the driver went by and there was no payment under the lid and they knocked and no one answered. All lies. They also lost my check one time and I had to cancel the check which cost me money and then pay them over the phone instead. One time my neighbors ordered propane like maybe a day after I just ordered propane and they put my neighbors propane in my tank instead and then left their bill for me. And expected me to pay it. I ended up paying for the gas, but not for a long time because it wasn't my fault they gave me someone else's propane order. I sure hope they do better with filling my propane up over the winter because we use propane for heating the house, cooking, and our hot water. Just All Around Dishonest and Terrible Customer service. But hey at least they are cheap right? ?
