The owner of the company , as well as his team, were always on time, checked in with any questions, kept our needs in mind when executing the job, and was thoughtful and gracious throughout the process. I can't say enough positive things about this company and these men. No matter what I write, it still wont do justice to their work.
We had a very old building that was falling in on itself. To make it more challenging, it sat within a few feet of two other structures so using big equipment was not an option.
The building consisted of 5 rooms with a second story over 2 of the rooms. There were multiple layers of siding, roofing shingles and flooring. In most cases 3 to 5 layers.
John and Jose came in and did what was truly an amazing job. They had it so well planned from start to finish. Their work is meticulous, thorough and efficient.
The old building was in the middle of our property so you couldn't leave or enter without passing it. I anticipated alot of big equipment and loud noise.
The way these two men worked, their presence was a pleasure. I dont know how they did it, but we barely knew they were there. They made the demolition portion of our construction project my favorite experience of the entire thing.
From meeting John for an estimate to the completion of the demo, it was by far the most pleasant experience.
