Contacted Midwest some time ago due to possible gutter leak into the façade of my home, not a major repair. Never heard back. Met reps at the Rockford Home show. Received plenty of business cards. Contacted someone regarding my issue, never heard back. If it is a small job, look elsewhere. I have seen the work they do and they seem to do it very good so if you are in the market for major repair you shouldn't be disappointed but any small job and they will probably ghost you.

Over the winter ice pulled down my gutters. I had Midwest come out and provide a quote for repair. I asked to fix the soffits and facia in the areas where the gutters came down. Received a quote for the whole house replacement of gutters. After about 2 weeks of waiting on an appointment I reached back out to see how to schedule an appointment. Pat emailed me back and said he would schedule sometime in the next week. To my surprise they showed up unannounced and I had to leave work. After the work was completed they just left. No final walkthrough or anything. I assumed Pat would come out to check the work. That did not happen. I called and let them know I had some concerns about the work that was performed. The gutters are wavey and not touching the facia and there is exposed wood on one corner. Pat reached out and said he would send a crew to come take a look. Again the crew showed up unannounced. Luckily I was already on my way home from work. I walked with the crew and pointed out my concerns. They essentially told me there was nothing they can do and left. Gutters still wavey and wood still exposed. The gentleman said the exposed wood would not be an issue. This is a clear lie. If it's not an issue why is it covered in the first place? I then called the office and reported to the receptionist my concerns and everything that took place. She said she would have a manager call me. Guess who never called? Extremely poor service! Would not recommend to anyone. It's a shame because if they performed well I was going to have them replace my siding. Glad I went with only gutters to find out if the company was worth my time or money.

Although it could have been perfect, setting the date was like pulling teeth; and then the committed arrival time caused me great angst. My suggestion is that you make certain when you employ this company to work on your home; request a deadline date and time + a phone commitment to confirm the time the night before. Other than those issues; let me say Alissa was wonderful; she is the person with whom you speak with when you call. I cannot say enough how kind, upbeat, and compassionate she was. The owner Greg I had to speak with today, made himself available to make it better. Now when Mike and Darriean arrived they were extremely nice. So careful with my shrubs and flowers, and were all over doing a great clean up job [as I also tried to prep it as I had the 3.5 lbs of nails that Warner Roofing left in my gutters, who by the way, wouldn't even get a star here]. I am telling you they did not let the gutters touch the ground, they were so careful. I love my gutters and patented gutter guards; See photos You can see they cared about my yard. The band looks nice too! Just wish I had hired them for my roof too!

** UPDATE - April 12, 2021 **
So after a slightly bumpy beginning in working with Midwest Seamless Gutters and Siding, I can say that I am thrilled with the end result (pictures attached). After coordinating with Brandon last week, his crew came out Monday AM and we discussed several design options for the tricky area that was targeted for the install. The crew was super kind and patient while I thought about the options. After we settled on the design, it only took them 45~60 minutes to do the install and I can say that I am thrilled with the outcome! I am a happy customer and I will make sure to share my positive experience with my friends and family!

I appreciate the response from the owner, and just had a great conversation with Brandon on the project after receiving his call. He was very apologetic for the miscommunication and offered a discount on the quote. I did let him know that after I was alerted via this review that a quote was emailed, I did indeed find it stuck in my Spam filter as it somehow got flagged and did not arrive in my main inbox. So that was a miss on my part. After discussing we settled on moving forward and a crew is being scheduled for Monday to walk through designs and then perform the installation! Thank you for the follow up and I look forward to the install!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service experience! DO NOT USE unless you want to be GHOSTED! Had appointment for Brandon to come out on March 16th to inspect an area I needed gutters installed because water was running off the roof and causing damage to a small cement porch and causing runoff to fall back towards the house. He arrived, looked at the area, we chatted and said "I will work with my guys to draw up a few design options and get a quote back to you" and that is the last I ever heard from him. I called back into the office 10 days later on March 26th, talked to the receptionist, said that was very unusual and that Brandon is actually the manager for other employees, she put in a note to have him call me. Radio silence. I call back again 5 days later on March 31st, talked to the same receptionist, she was very surprised to hear nobody contacted me, she put a note in for Brandon to call me back and also added a note for his boss to let him know. Now it is April 8th and I have had NO response at all. My assumption is that the project was too small so they decided it wasn't worth their time. Here is the thing though, they had so many options to make a good experience... They could have just told me the project was too small and let me know others I could work with, or help me think of solutions. They could have literally done anything other than ghost me. And they would have made a customer happy, provided good customer service, and promoted their business through my experience. But now, here I am writing a review almost 1 month later, and you better believe that if ANYONE asks me if I recommend Midwest Gutters and Siding that I will tell this story and say absolutely not. If they can't even be bothered to make a phone call, then what does that say about their work.

I do my research for every project so i hope this review helps someone 🙂 Will did an incredible job and even came out again as a 2nd visit to answer some questions I had. Logan and Manuel were the installers and they arrived within the time frame and had the job completed to my satisfaction. They cleaned everything and made sure I walked the property and Logan answered all the questions I had before they left. I was also so incredibly impressed by the efficiency and cleanliness of install. It was done quicker than expected and Logan commucated anything I needed to know through the process:) I can't wait until it rains to test these out 🙂

This company does excellent work. They listened to my concerns that I did not want gutters emptying onto the roof since I had prior leaks caused by that. In addition they recommended upgrading to the 6" gutters so the gutters could handle routing the upper levels into the lower levels. What a great design. I could not be more pleased with the results. They showed up on time, completed the work professionally and quickly and if course on budget. Highly recommended.
